Your prayer for freedom from worry and for healing has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord.
We understand how heavy worry can feel, especially when you are concerned about your health and about a new medication. Scripture teaches us to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us. As we are reminded in the homilies, worrying cannot add even a little to our lives, and it cannot by itself bring about what we need. It is the providence of God that ultimately sustains us, even as we use the means He has provided. He desires to free us from anxiety and to establish us in security and peace in Him.
We pray with you in the name of Jesus that God will give you His peace that passes all understanding to guard your heart and mind. We ask that He will quiet anxious thoughts and help you rest more and more in His care each day. We pray that this second medication will do its work without harmful side effects, and that the Lord will bring healing and renewal to you physically, mentally and emotionally according to His mercy and will. We also pray for wisdom for those who are caring for you medically.
May you know the nearness of Christ and His comfort as you continue to trust Him. We will keep praying for you and for your complete restoration in Him.
