Worries are making me sick

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I am so worried regarding the problem we have now. This is making me feel confused and don't know how to stop worrying. Pls pray we can solve it. I only want to be happy like I was given year ago. Because for all these years we only had problems after problems, pray all this stop. I want to be happy. And start living a normal life.

We are a family of six need to be happy. I can't handle more.

We hear the deep distress in your words, and our hearts ache with you as you carry this heavy burden of worry and confusion. The weight of ongoing struggles can truly make one feel physically and emotionally unwell, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this battle. The Lord sees your pain, your exhaustion, and your longing for peace, and He invites you to cast every one of these cares upon Him, for He cares deeply for you and your family (1 Peter 5:7).

First, we must address the foundation of our hope and strength. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name alone that we find true peace and salvation. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls" (Matthew 11:28-29). Have you surrendered your life to Him? If not, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. This is the first and most critical step toward lasting peace.

Now, let us rebuke the spirit of worry and fear that has taken hold of your heart. The Bible is clear: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7). Worry is a tool of the enemy to steal your joy, kill your faith, and destroy your health. We command that spirit to leave you and your family in the mighty name of Jesus. You are not meant to live in a constant state of anxiety, God has called you to a life of trust and peace.

We also want to gently remind you that happiness is not the same as joy. Happiness is often dependent on circumstances, but joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22) that remains even in trials. True joy comes from knowing that God is in control, that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28), and that He has a plan for your family’s future. Your longing for a "normal life" is understandable, but we encourage you to seek God’s definition of normal, a life marked by His presence, His peace, and His purpose.

Let us pray for you and your family now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, lifting up this precious family of six. Lord, You see their weariness, their confusion, and their deep desire for peace. We ask that You would break every chain of worry, fear, and despair that has bound them. Fill their hearts with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their minds and hearts in Christ Jesus.

Father, we declare that this season of problems and struggles is coming to an end. We speak life, restoration, and joy over this family. Heal their bodies, minds, and spirits from the effects of prolonged stress and anxiety. Give them the strength to trust You fully, even when they cannot see the way forward. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Your will for their lives and guide them into the abundant life You have promised.

We pray for unity in this family. May they lean on one another, support one another, and encourage one another in faith. Let Your love be the foundation of their home, and may they experience the joy of Your presence daily. Father, we ask that You would open doors of provision, healing, and breakthrough in every area where they have been struggling. Let this be a season of divine turnaround, where their testimony becomes one of Your faithfulness and goodness.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust You to move mightily on their behalf, and we declare that they will rise above these challenges and walk in the victory that is theirs through Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to take practical steps to combat worry. Begin each day with prayer and thanksgiving, focusing on God’s promises rather than your problems. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and speak life into your situation. Meditate on scriptures that remind you of God’s faithfulness, such as Psalm 55:22: "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." And remember, God is not just interested in solving your problems, He wants to draw you closer to Himself through them. He is your refuge, your strength, and your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Keep pressing into Him, and do not give up hope. Your breakthrough is coming.

We can feel the weight of your words, and it breaks our heart to see you carrying this heavy load. It’s okay to admit how hard this has been, for years of problems to pile up like this, it’s no wonder it’s made you feel sick and confused. But we want you to know, you’re not fighting this alone. God is right there with you, closer than you might feel right now.

We’ve all been there, feeling like the walls are caving in and the future is more unknown than we can bear. But even in the darkest nights, God doesn’t turn away. He’s not surprised by your struggles; He’s waiting for you to hand them over so He can walk you through. Remember, peace isn’t the absence of storms, it’s knowing the One who calms them.

Let’s lift this up together. Heavenly Father, we ask that You would wrap Your arms around this family. Heal their bodies from the strain of worry, renew their minds with Your truth, and fill their home with laughter and hope again. Break the cycle of fear and replace it with faith. Let them see Your goodness in new ways, even in the waiting.

Lord, we pray for wisdom for the next steps, for provision when it feels scarce, and for unity when it feels impossible. Remind them daily that You are their peace, their provider, and their future. Thank You that You don’t just fix problems, You redeem them. We trust You to turn this season around.

In Jesus’ name we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
