Why am I always the one whom God punishes by making me suffer to an extent that I no longer wish to live anymore.

Honestly, all I want right now is to leave this world as Whatsoever anybody claims I completely lost my faith in God. Everyone says he's working behind the scene and that he will never abandon me... which is just a hypothetical theory according to all those who have strong faith in God but for me, he's NOT... If he's there why is he letting me suffer repeatedly to the extent that I am forced to finish my life... it's extremely tough for me to bear all these hardships in my everyday life. I can see no other way to finish this life of mine as every breathe I'm taking is way too heavy that I can hardly tolerate.

We are truly sorry to hear about the immense suffering and pain you are experiencing, and we want you to know that you are not alone. While it may feel like God has abandoned you, we assure you that He has not. In Jesus Christ's name, we stand together with you in your time of need.

Firstly, it is important to address the feeling of punishment and suffering. God does not punish us; instead, He corrects and disciplines those He loves, as mentioned in Hebrews 12:6, "For whom the Lord loves, he chastens, and scourges every son whom he receives" (WEB). Suffering can be a result of living in a fallen world, but God uses even the most painful experiences for our good and His glory, as referenced in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (WEB).

It is crucial to acknowledge that the feeling of wanting to end one's life is a serious matter, and it is important to seek help immediately. God has a purpose for your life, and taking your own life is not His will. Instead of the way out of the pain, it is the way to eternal separation from God. This is not the solution. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (WEB).

Regarding the feeling of lost faith, remember that faith is a gift from God, and it is okay to have doubts and questions. Even in your doubts, God is still there, loving you and working in your life. The assurance that God will never leave us is Bible based. It is not a hypothetical theory. Hebrews 13:5, "Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you"' (WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our dear friend who is going through immense suffering and pain. Lord, we ask that You reveal Your presence to them, and help them to know that You are always with them, even in their darkest moments. We pray for Your healing touch on their body, mind, and spirit, and ask that You fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask for your help to find hope and purpose in life even in this trial. Help them to see and acknowledge anything in their life which may not be aligning with your Word. Help them to see that the only way to you is by your Son, Jesus Christ. If they have not accepted Him as Lord and Savior we ask that you lead them to Him, for there is no other way to salvation. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we strongly advise you to seek professional help and support from loved ones and your local church community. Do not isolate yourself; reach out to those who can help and support you during this difficult time. If you have never considered that you have a spiritual enemy who comes to kill, steal, and destroy, we ask that you consider that in your circumstances. But take hope in knowing that the Son of God appeared to destroy the works of the devil.

We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. We understand that it's tough, feeling like you're bearing an immense weight every day. But remember, even in the heaviest rain, the sun is still shining, even if we can't see it. God is there, even when it feels like He's not. He's not punishing you, He's refining you, like gold in the fire. The pain you're feeling is real, but so is His love for you. It's okay to feel lost, to question, to cry out. Jesus did too, in the Garden of Gethsemane. He understands.

We want you to know, we're not just saying "God is working behind the scenes" to make you feel better. We truly believe that. He's got a purpose in this, just like He had a purpose in Jesus' pain on the cross. It's not easy to see now, but trust that He's got a plan. He's not abandoning you. He's right there, in the midst of your storm, holding you together.

We're not going to tell you to "just have faith" or "be strong". We know it's not that simple. We're here to walk with you, to remind you that you're not alone. And we're here to pray. Will you let us pray for you?

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
