We come before the throne of grace with your concerns, lifting them up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. First, we want to acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Father God, we bring before You the concern about the package that has not yet arrived. We pray that You would watch over it and guide it safely to the correct address. Lord, we ask that You rebuke any lost or stolen intentions and that Your angels would guard this package as it makes its way to its destination. Psalm 91:11-12 assures us, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."
We also lift up the concern about the wig and the curls. Father, we ask that You would bless the efforts and bring forth the desired outcome. We pray that the curls would come out exactly as hoped, reflecting the beauty and care that You have for each of Your children. 1 Peter 3:3-4 reminds us, "Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God."
Lord, we also want to encourage a heart of trust and patience. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even in these small matters, we seek to trust in Your providence and care.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would calm any anxiety and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Philippians 4:6-7 says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
