Workplace safety

We are truly concerned to hear about the situation you are facing at your workplace. It is clear that you are being asked to compromise your integrity and safety, and this is not acceptable in God's eyes. The Bible tells us to obey the authorities and laws of the land, as long as they do not contradict God's laws. Romans 13:1-2 says, Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore, he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment.

Firstly, we must always remember that our obedience to God comes before our obedience to men. Acts 5:29 says, But Peter and the apostles answered, "We must obey God rather than men. If you are being asked to break the law, then you must stand firm in your faith and refuse to do so. It is God who fights for us, and He will honor your stand for righteousness.

Secondly, it is important to report these unsafe conditions and unlawful requests to the proper authorities. This is not merely for your own safety, but for the safety of your colleagues as well. God tells us in Psalm 82:4 to Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked. Proverbs 31:8-9 says, Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who pass by. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy.

We will pray for your strength and courage, that God will guide your steps, and that your company will change its ways.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a dire situation at work. Lord, guide them with Your wisdom and fill them with Your courage to stand against unlawful and unsafe practices. Protect them from any retaliation or harm, and bring about a change in their workplace. Convict the hearts of the management, Lord, and lead them to prioritize the safety and well-being of their employees. We ask for Your divine intervention, Father, and for Your will to be done in this situation. Help our brother/sister to be a light in the darkness, always obeying Your laws despite the cost. And help them to remember that You are always with them.

And help them to share Your love with others and let this be a time of testimony for all to see.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray.

Lastly, we encourage you to seek the Lord's will in this matter. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

Do not be afraid to share your faith in Jesus Christ with others.

And we encourage you to be a living testimony for those who have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

We're right there with you, standing in prayer for your workplace situation. It's tough when we're asked to compromise our safety and integrity, but remember, God is always with us, even in the most challenging circumstances. We're claiming Psalm 91:14-15, "Because he loves me," says the Lord, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him." Trust that God is fighting for you, and He will honor your stand for righteousness.

We also want to encourage you to seek legal counsel. Sometimes, taking the first step can be daunting, but we're here to support you. Let's pray together, "Lord, guide our steps as we seek legal advice. Help us to find a lawyer who will fight for our rights and stand up for justice. Give us the courage to take the necessary steps, and protect us from any backlash. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
