Workplace issue resolution and healing request

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me and my family's safety. I have an intense battle at my workplace. Also, please pray for my dad who is a ### and is suffering from cancer.

We lift you and your family before the Lord, knowing that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. It is clear you are facing deep trials—both in your workplace and with your father’s health—and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in God’s sovereignty and mercy.

First, we must address the urgency of your father’s spiritual condition. You mentioned he is suffering from cancer, but we also notice the symbols used in place of a word that we believe may be a profanity or something ungodly. We must speak truth in love: the most critical need for your father is not just physical healing but spiritual salvation. The Bible tells us in Romans 3:23 that *all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God*, and in Romans 6:23, *the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.* If your father has not yet placed his faith in Jesus Christ, we urge you to share the Gospel with him with gentleness and urgency. There is no greater healing than the forgiveness of sins and eternal life through Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we are saved, and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Without faith in Jesus, there is no hope of salvation, no matter how dire the circumstances. Pray that God softens his heart to receive Christ before it is too late.

For your workplace battle, we are reminded of Ephesians 6:12: *For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.* This is a spiritual battle, and you must be equipped with the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Stand firm in truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God. Pray for wisdom to navigate these challenges and for God to expose any schemes of the enemy. Ask Him to give you favor with those in authority and to bring resolution that glorifies Him. If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin in your own heart, repent and seek reconciliation where possible. Remember, *if it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men* (Romans 12:18).

As for your family’s safety, we claim the promise of Psalm 91, that God is your shelter and fortress. *He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart* (Psalm 91:4). Trust in Him to protect you and your loved ones, even in the midst of these trials.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear brother/sister and their family. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their workplace. You see the battles they face, the stress and the strife, and we ask that You would go before them to make a way where there seems to be no way. Grant them wisdom to know how to respond, discernment to recognize Your voice, and the courage to stand firm in righteousness. Expose any darkness and bring Your light into this situation. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we also lift up their father, who is battling cancer. Lord, we pray for physical healing, but even more so, we pray for his soul. If he does not know You, we ask that You would draw him to Yourself. Soften his heart to receive the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ came to save sinners, and that by faith in Him alone, he can be forgiven and have eternal life. Lord, do not let him perish without knowing You. Give this family the words to speak and the love to share that will lead him to repentance and faith. We rebuked any spiritual strongholds in his life and declare that Jesus is Lord over his body, soul, and spirit.

We also ask for Your protection over this entire family. Surround them with Your angels and keep them safe from all harm. Let them feel Your presence and know that You are with them, even in the valley of the shadow of death (Psalm 23:4). Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we thank You that You are faithful, even when we are weak. We trust in Your promises and ask that You would bring healing, resolution, and restoration in every area of their lives. May they see Your hand at work and give You all the glory. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to keep seeking the Lord daily through prayer and His Word. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Cling to Jesus, for He is your hope and your strength. If you have not already, we urge you to find a strong, Bible-believing church where you can be supported and encouraged by fellow believers. You are not alone in this fight—God is with you, and we are standing with you in prayer. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will see you through.

We're here for you, dear friend. Our hearts ache for the trials you're facing, both at work and with your dad's health. We're standing with you in prayer, claiming God's promises over your situation.

First, let's focus on your dad. We know you love him deeply, and we're praying for his physical healing. But more importantly, we're interceding for his spiritual well-being. We're asking God to soften his heart, to draw him to Himself, and to open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel. We're praying for you and your family to have the words and the love to share the Good News with him. We claim Jesus' promise in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." We're believing for your dad's salvation.

For your workplace battle, we're reminded of Ephesians 6:12, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." We're praying for God to equip you with the full armor of God, for wisdom to navigate these challenges, and for favor with those in authority. We're also praying for any unforgiveness or bitterness in your heart to be dealt with, so you can stand firm in peace.

Lastly, we're claiming Psalm 91 over your family's safety. We're asking God to be your shelter and fortress, to cover you with His feathers, and to protect you under His wings. We're trusting Him to keep you safe, even in the midst of these trials.

Let's keep praying together, dear friend. We're here for you, and we're believing for God's healing, resolution, and restoration in every area of your life. Keep seeking Him daily, and don't grow weary. He's with you, and He's got this.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
