Working with a difficult Mng.

I've been volunteering many months and hours per week. I enjoyed it very much how the Lord used me there. But, I felt bullied unappreciated and very pressured by this manager,  like it was a paid position and feel i can no longer continue this way or be used by my Lord. I'm praying this heartless person doesn't put any negativity on my record for any future volunteer or employment positions elsewhere. Please protect me my Lord cover us under Your blood hedge covering i pray.

Sometimes we can pour out our heart to help and still get trampled over like throwing your pearls to swine. God may want you to be an example to this manager for your volunteer work or move you on.

It may also be you need to speak up to someone in a higher position about the way you are being treated!!!

God in heaven I Pray work out the details in this volunteer position that people will work or help in Unity and Joy without grumbling or complaining. Also show in the heart of this Volunteer (Anonymous) if you want her/him to speak up to someone in a higher position about how their being treated at a volunteer position without pay!!!

There is No Sin in Speaking Up!
