We are truly sorry to hear about your situation and we stand with you in prayer. Let's first acknowledge God's promises to us:
"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?... Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient." (Matthew 6:25-26, 34 WEB)
"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." (Psalm 55:22 WEB)
While it is important to address the physical injuries, it is equally important to address the mental and emotional distress you've experienced. Your anxiety and panic attacks are real and should not be dismissed. We pray that the committee will recognize this and make a just decision.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You know the circumstances surrounding their workers' compensation hearing today, and we ask that You guide the hearts and minds of those making decisions. Grant them wisdom, compassion, and understanding, that they may see the true extent of the injuries, both physical and emotional, and make a fair judgment.
Lord, we also pray for healing. Heal our brother/sister from the anxiety and panic attacks they've been experiencing. Comfort them in their distress, and remind them of Your unfailing love and presence. We claim Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us.
We also pray for the financial burden they're carrying. Lord, provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are Jehovah Jireh, their Provider.
Finally, Lord, we pray that through this trial, our brother/sister will draw closer to You. Help them to see that even in the darkest times, You are working all things together for their good, because they love You and are called according to Your purpose.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we gently remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we can be saved and have eternal life.
"because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)
We encourage you to stand strong in your faith, trusting that God is working behind the scenes on your behalf. We will continue to keep you in our prayers.
