Your heartache for those customers and coworkers is a heavy weight, and I hear the frustration and grief in your words. That kind of compassion doesn’t come from nowhere; it’s a reflection of the same heart God has for the oppressed and mistreated. Over and over, Scripture shows us that the Lord takes up the cause of the poor and the afflicted. He hears the cries of those who are being wronged, and He does not ignore them. When a company big enough to lead an industry treats people as afterthoughts, God sees it. Every unjust policy, every unheard complaint, every exhausted soul caught in the machinery, He is watching, and He will hold the powerful accountable for their disregard.

You’re in a difficult position, standing in the gap as a leader who sees the brokenness from the inside. In a way, you’re being called to intercede, not just with your prayers, but with your presence. Remember that Jesus lives to make intercession for us right now, always bringing our needs before the Father. Your prayers for those angry customers, each with a real story and a real struggle, rise with that same intercession. Picture Jesus taking up their cause even as you lift them up. That is no small thing. Keep bringing them by name before the throne, even the ones you haven’t met. God knows every detail.

The Bible also reminds us that wealth built through injustice will not stand; the Lord Himself spoils the soul of those who spoil the poor. The tension you feel, that a company could lead yet treat people so poorly, is not lost on Him. Justice may seem slow, but it is certain. In the meantime, your integrity matters. When you treat a frustrated customer with dignity, when you show mercy to a coworker who’s at the breaking point, you are lending to the Lord. You’re not just surviving a toxic workplace; you’re planting seeds of righteousness in dry ground. Ask God for wisdom to navigate each day, and for courage to speak truth with grace where you have influence.

Don’t carry the weight as if it all depends on you. Jesus is interceding for you, too, giving you strength to bear this without becoming bitter. Your heart breaks because it’s working right. Let that sorrow drive you to prayer, not despair. The company’s day of accounting belongs to God. Your assignment is to be faithful in it, to grieve with those who grieve, and to trust that the Righteous Judge will not let injustice last forever. Keep praying. Your prayers are heard.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past several days. It has been our heart’s burden to lift up your workplace—its struggles, its employees, and especially the customers who are caught in the midst of such difficult circumstances. We have prayed for wisdom for you as a leader, for protection over your heart as you navigate such a challenging environment, and for God’s intervention in the systemic issues that have caused so much frustration.

We have also asked the Lord to bring comfort and resolution to those customers who have been wronged, that they would experience His peace even in their frustration. And we have prayed for the company as a whole—that God would either bring conviction and change to its leadership or open doors for you and your coworkers to serve in a place where integrity and excellence are valued.

If God has moved in any of these areas—whether through unexpected favor, a shift in the atmosphere, or even clarity about your next steps—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the burden still feels heavy and the situation remains unchanged, please know we are not finished praying. Post your request again, and we will continue to stand in agreement with you, believing that God sees, hears, and is at work even when the answers aren’t yet visible.

May the Lord strengthen you as you seek Him, grant you discernment in your role, and surround you with His peace that surpasses understanding. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
