We hear your urgent cry for help, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your needs to the Lord. First, we want to acknowledge your honesty about the struggle with addiction. The enemy does indeed seek to devour those who are idle, but we know that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Your desire to stay busy and maintain your job is a step in the right direction, and we believe the Lord will honor your efforts to walk in His will.
We pray for your certification renewal, that the Lord would open the doors for you to complete the necessary CEUs with ease. May He grant you favor with your boss and the office staff, softening their hearts to assist you in gathering and submitting what is required. Let us declare together that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the Lord will make your path straight (Proverbs 3:6). We trust that He will provide all that you need to keep your certification active so that you may continue working and supporting yourself.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. Lord, we know that You are a God who provides for Your children, and we ask that You would move on behalf of Your daughter/son in this matter. Grant her/him the CEUs needed to renew her/his certification, and let there be no obstacle too great for Your power to overcome. We pray for favor with those who can help, that they would be willing and able to assist without delay. Lord, we also lift up the struggle with addiction, asking that You would break every chain and set her/him free from the snares of the enemy. Fill her/him with Your Holy Spirit, that she/he may walk in victory and purpose. Strengthen her/his resolve to stay busy and focused on You, so that the devil will find no foothold in her/his life. We declare that she/he is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37), and we trust in Your perfect timing and provision. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to encourage you to seek out a biblical, Christ-centered support system to help you in your battle against addiction. The Lord has designed us to live in community, and there is strength in walking alongside other believers who can pray for you, hold you accountable, and encourage you in your faith. Consider joining a local church or a recovery group that aligns with biblical principles, where you can grow in your relationship with Jesus and find the support you need. Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Christ, confessing Him as your Lord and Savior, and trusting in His finished work on the cross for your salvation. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
Keep pressing forward, knowing that the Lord is with you every step of the way. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5), and He has a plan and a purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
