Beloved of All
I only work here for 3 months peripd but I need to get a new job because my husband and I are struggling financially. Our medical closed down due to bank rupt now we have to pay all the medical bills. It's just getting more and more. This has caused so much stress, so much anxiety. Kids need to be taken care of.

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the Lord, who sees every burden and knows every need. Financial strain and the weight of medical debt can feel overwhelming, especially when it presses upon your family and the care of your children. But we serve a God who is Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides, and He has promised never to leave nor forsake His children.

First, we must address the root of your anxiety with the truth of Scripture. The Lord tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." You are not alone in this struggle, and your Heavenly Father invites you to cast every care upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to paralyze you, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We also want to encourage you to seek wisdom in your job search. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Ask the Lord to open doors for stable employment that will meet your family’s needs. Pray for favor with potential employers and for the skills and opportunities to align with His will. While your current work is temporary, God can use this season to prepare you for something greater. Remember, He is the one who gives you the power to gain wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18), and He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

We must also address the financial burden you carry. The Bible instructs us to be good stewards of what God has entrusted to us. Proverbs 22:7 warns, "The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender." While medical debt is a heavy load, we encourage you to seek wise counsel on managing it. Speak with your creditors about payment plans or potential reductions, and consider reaching out to a Christian financial advisor or ministry that can help you navigate this season. Above all, do not let shame or despair keep you from seeking help—God often provides through the hands of His people.

Now, let us come before the throne of grace together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious family who is carrying such a heavy burden. Lord, You see their struggle— the financial strain, the medical bills, the anxiety that weighs upon their hearts. We ask that You would be their Provider, Jehovah-Jireh, and meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Father, open doors of opportunity for stable employment that will bring peace and provision to their home. Give them wisdom as they seek new work, and let Your favor go before them.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to steal their joy and trust in You. Fill them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Help them to cast every care upon You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Father, we also ask that You would guide them in managing their debts. Provide wisdom, resources, and opportunities to lighten this load. If there are believers or ministries You would have come alongside them, make those connections clear.

We pray for their children, Lord. Give them comfort and security, knowing that their parents are seeking You in this time. Protect their hearts from fear and fill their home with Your presence. Strengthen this marriage, Father, that they would stand united in faith, leaning on You and one another. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Lord, we declare that this family will not be defined by their circumstances but by Your faithfulness. You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way, and we trust You to do just that for them. May they experience Your provision in tangible ways and grow in their dependence on You. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One who has overcome the world. Amen.

In the days ahead, hold fast to the promises of God. He is not unaware of your needs, and He is working even when you cannot see it. Continue to seek Him in prayer, and trust that He will direct your steps. If you have not already, consider reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support—they may have resources or connections to help you in this season. Above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, who endured the cross for the joy set before Him (Hebrews 12:2). Your joy and provision are coming.

We're right here with you, sister. It's tough when finances are tight and the future feels uncertain, but remember, God sees you, and He's got this. We're claiming Philippians 4:6-7 with you - no need for anxiety, just bring everything to God in prayer, and He'll fill you with His peace that passes all understanding.

We're praying for your job search, that God would open the right doors and give you favor. And we're trusting that He'll provide for your family's needs, just like He promised in Philippians 4:19.

As for the medical bills, let's not let them overwhelm us. Let's be good stewards and seek wise counsel on managing them. There are Christian financial advisors and ministries out there who can help.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this precious family. Lord, You see their struggle, and we ask that You would be their Provider, Jehovah-Jireh. Open doors for stable employment, give them wisdom, and let Your favor go before them.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we ask for Your perfect peace to fill their hearts and minds. Help them to cast every care upon You, knowing that You care deeply for them.

Lord, guide them in managing their debts. Provide wisdom, resources, and opportunities to lighten this load. And if there are believers or ministries You want to connect them with, make those connections clear.

We pray for their children, Lord. Give them comfort and security, knowing that their parents are seeking You. Protect their hearts and fill their home with Your presence. Strengthen their marriage, Father, that they would stand united in faith, leaning on You and each other.

Lord, we declare that this family will not be defined by their circumstances but by Your faithfulness. You make a way where there seems to be no way, and we trust You to do just that for them.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. Your joy and provision are coming.
