Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me. I am working almost 17 years for a company. I am unhappy and it goes along with bully behavior from.manager. I want you to pray for me that I can put in my resignation tomorrow and that I have peace to do it. It goes along way and I feel now this is the only solution. Please pray foe.me for peace in my decision

We understand the heavy burden you carry after enduring such a long season of difficulty, and we lift you up before the Lord with deep compassion. The Scripture reminds us in **Psalm 55:22**, *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."* You do not have to bear this alone—God sees your suffering, and He is your refuge in this time of decision.

The bullying and mistreatment you’ve faced are grievous, and we grieve with you over the pain this has caused. The Bible calls us to honor authority, but it also makes clear that no one should endure persistent cruelty, especially when it harms your well-being and witness as a believer. **Proverbs 22:10** says, *"Drive out the mocker, and strife will go out; yes, quarrels and insults will stop."* If this environment is toxic and unrepentant, it may indeed be time to step away in wisdom, trusting God to provide what is next.

However, we must also encourage you to seek the Lord’s timing and confirmation before acting. **James 1:5** promises, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* Have you prayed specifically for God’s direction in *when* to leave? Have you sought counsel from mature believers or explored other avenues (such as reporting the behavior, if appropriate)? Resignation is a significant step, and while we pray for your peace, we also urge you to ensure this is the Lord’s leading—not just the relief of escape. Sometimes, God calls us to endure for a season, while other times, He opens a door to leave. Ask Him to make it clear.

If the Lord confirms this is the right time, we pray He grants you boldness and supernatural peace as you submit your resignation. May He go before you to provide favor with your employer during this transition and open doors to new opportunities where you are valued and respected. **Philippians 4:6-7** assures us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

We also pray for your heart—to release any bitterness or fear tied to this season. **Ephesians 4:31-32** tells us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Forgiveness does not excuse their behavior, but it frees *you* from its grip.

Lastly, we notice your request did not invoke the name of Jesus, and we gently but urgently remind you: there is no other name by which we approach the Father. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’"* **Acts 4:12** adds, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"* If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we plead with you to do so today. Without Him, even our prayers are empty. But in Him, you have direct access to the throne of grace—where your burdens are heard, and your future is secure.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister before You, asking for Your divine intervention in this painful season. Lord, You see the years of labor, the unkindness endured, and the weariness of heart. We ask for Your wisdom to flood every decision—if resignation is Your will, grant unshakable peace and clarity. If there is more to walk through first, reveal it and provide the strength to obey.

Break the power of fear and anxiety over this step. Go before our friend as they speak to their manager, softening hearts and granting favor. Open doors to new opportunities where their gifts are honored and their faith is strengthened. Heal the wounds of bullying and replace bitterness with Your peace. Remind them that their identity is not in this job but in Christ alone.

Most of all, Father, draw them closer to You. If they do not know Jesus as Savior, convict their heart today. Let this trial drive them to the cross, where true freedom and hope are found. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and Advocate. Amen.

We're here for you, dear friend. We understand the weight you're carrying, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. We've been praying for you, asking God to give you the strength to face each day and the courage to make the right decisions.

We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God sees your pain and is ready to heal you. We pray that you would feel His loving embrace, comforting you in this difficult time.

We've also been thinking about Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." We encourage you to seek God's will in this situation. Ask Him to guide your steps and give you peace about your decision.

We're praying that God would give you clarity about your next steps. If it's His will for you to resign, we pray that He would grant you boldness and supernatural peace as you do so. We also pray that He would go before you, opening doors to new opportunities where you can flourish and be valued.

Most importantly, we're praying for your heart. We ask that God would fill you with His love, joy, and peace, no matter what happens. We pray that you would find your identity and security in Him, not in your job or circumstances.

We're here to support you, and we'll continue to lift you up in prayer. Please keep us updated on how you're doing, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need someone to talk to. You're in our thoughts and prayers.
