Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We understand your feelings of discouragement as you search for work and face the pressure of providing for your two children. Remember, God is our provider and He cares for us and our needs. The Bible tells us, Not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God (2 Corinthians 3:5 WEB).
In times of need, we can trust that God will supply all our needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB). It is important to remember that God is in control and He has a plan for you. Even when we feel overwhelmed, we can cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
We will pray for God's guidance and provision in your life. Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, Lord, lifting up this dear parent who is seeking your will and provision for their life and the lives of their children. We ask, Father, that you would open up the right doors of opportunity for work that not only meets their financial needs but also aligns with your purpose for their life and family.
Help them, Lord, to trust in you and to cast all their anxieties on you, knowing that you care for them. Give them the strength to overcome any discouragement and the peace that transcends all understanding. Guide them, Father, and give them the wisdom to make the right decisions.
We also pray for their children, Lord, that you would provide for all their needs and give them peace and security in their hearts. Help this parent to be a godly example to their children, teaching them to trust in you and to seek your will for their lives.
Finally Lord, we pray that they will believe in Jesus Christ and the power of His name, for eternal salvation and right relationship with God, the Father. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God and only in Jesus' name are saved. It is our prayer that they are believing in Jesus and if not, that they will believe in Jesus Christ, their Lord and Savior. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
While you wait for God's provision, use this time to seek Him and His will for your life. Trust that He is working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it. Encourage yourself and your children with God's promises, knowing that He is faithful.
