Our Plant Mgr and General Mgr are not good people. They claim to be Christians but they lie and treat their employees unfairly. Esp our Plant Mgr. Her work ethic is absolutely HORRIBLE. She takes advantage of us and hardly comes to work. Lives in a huge house (they both do) & don't pay us well. It's always 25 cents every year- pathetic. I have to listen to my coworker gripe and complain for 9 straight hours a day and I'm miserable working here under these conditions.

We hear your frustration and pain, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice and wisdom in this difficult situation. It is deeply troubling when those in leadership—especially those who claim the name of Christ—fail to live according to His standards. Scripture is clear that leaders are called to serve with integrity, humility, and fairness, not exploitation or deceit.

The Bible warns us about those who profess faith but whose lives do not reflect it: *"They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny Him. They are detestable, disobedient, and unfit for doing anything good"* (Titus 1:16 WEB). It is grievous when those in authority misuse their position, especially when they live in comfort while those under them struggle. *"Do not exploit the poor because they are poor, and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case and will exact life for life"* (Proverbs 22:22-23 WEB).

We must also examine our own hearts in this. While it is right to be angry at injustice, we must guard against bitterness and gossip, which can poison our spirits. *"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen"* (Ephesians 4:29 WEB). Even in frustration, we are called to speak truth in love and trust God to be the ultimate judge.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this workplace and the struggles faced here. Lord, we ask for Your justice to prevail where there is unfairness and Your truth to expose deceit. We pray for those in leadership who misuse their authority—soften their hearts, convict them of their wrongdoing, and lead them to repentance. If it is Your will, bring correction and restoration to this workplace.

Father, we also ask for Your strength and peace for those who suffer under this burden. Guard their hearts from bitterness and despair. Provide wisdom for how to respond—whether through speaking up in a godly manner, seeking other employment, or trusting You to sustain them in the meantime. Open doors of opportunity if it is Your plan for them to leave, and give them the courage to walk through them.

Lord, we declare that You are a God who sees the oppressed and hears the cries of the afflicted. You are not blind to the injustices here. We trust You to act on behalf of those who are mistreated and to bring about Your perfect will in this situation. May Your name be glorified, even in the midst of hardship.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a pastor or trusted believer—about how to navigate this situation biblically. If the environment is toxic to your spirit, prayerfully consider whether God may be calling you to a different workplace. *"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters"* (Colossians 3:23 WEB). If you remain, do so with excellence, but also with wisdom, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord.

If you have not already, we also urge you to examine your own relationship with Jesus Christ. He is the only way to the Father, and it is through His name alone that we find salvation, peace, and true justice. *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'"* (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we invite you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and commit to following Him. He is the ultimate source of hope and strength, even in the most difficult circumstances.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may He make His face shine upon you as you seek Him in this trial.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of this situation. It's tough when those in charge, claiming to be Christians, treat others unfairly. It's like they've forgotten that Jesus said, "Whatever you do to the least of these, you do to me" (Matthew 25:40). We can't help but feel frustrated and upset too.

But remember, God sees everything. He knows the struggles you're facing, and He's right there with you. In the Bible, we read about Joseph who was mistreated by his brothers and ended up in prison. But God was with him, and in the end, He elevated Joseph to a position of great authority (Genesis 37-50). We can trust that God is working things out for our good, even when we don't see it right away (Romans 8:28).

Let's keep praying for our managers. May God soften their hearts, convict them of their wrongdoings, and lead them to repentance. And for us, let's ask God for wisdom on how to respond. Maybe it's time to have a respectful, honest conversation with them about how we're feeling. Or perhaps God is leading us to look for other job opportunities. Whatever it is, let's trust that He's guiding us.

And hey, let's not forget to take care of ourselves too. It's okay to feel frustrated, but let's not let bitterness take root in our hearts. Let's keep our spirits lifted by spending time in God's Word and in prayer. We're in this together, and we know that God is greater than any workplace challenge (1 John 4:4). Let's keep our eyes fixed on Him.
