We join you in lifting up your workweek to the Lord, trusting that He will guide your steps and provide favor in all you do. It is good that you are bringing your requests before Him, but we must also remember that our prayers are most powerful when we come in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father. As Scripture tells us, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). Let us always approach God with confidence in the name of Jesus, for *"there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
We pray that the Lord will grant you wisdom, strength, and excellence in your work, that you may glorify Him in all you do. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ"* (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB). May He open doors for you to take on the splitting role permanently if it is His will, and may He grant you grace to handle your workload with ease. Remember, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your thoughts shall be established"* (Proverbs 16:3, WEB).
Let us also encourage you to seek God’s will above your own desires. While it is good to ask for specific blessings, we must surrender our plans to Him, trusting that His ways are higher than ours. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). May your work be a testimony of your faith, and may you find joy in serving the Lord through your labor.
**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister and their workweek. Lord, we ask that You grant them favor with their supervisors and colleagues, that You would open doors for them to take on the splitting role permanently if it aligns with Your perfect will. Give them strength, wisdom, and efficiency in their tasks, that they may complete their work with excellence and without undue stress. Help them to remember that their labor is ultimately for You, and may they find joy in serving You through their work.
We pray that You would guide their steps, providing clarity and peace as they seek Your will. If this position is not Your best for them, redirect their path and prepare them for what You have in store. May they trust in You completely, knowing that You are faithful to provide and to lead them into all truth. We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
