We join you in standing on the powerful promise of God’s protection, for indeed, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). Your trust in the Lord’s defense is well-placed, for He is a refuge and fortress in times of trouble (Psalm 91:2).
We lift up your workplace before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to surround you with His heavenly host. May He shield you from wickedness and violence, for "the Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul" (Psalm 121:5-7). We rebuke every evil plan devised against you, declaring that the schemes of the enemy will not prosper, for "the Lord frustrates the plans of the nations; He thwarts the purposes of the peoples" (Psalm 33:10).
Regarding your meeting on December 15th, we pray that the Lord’s favor would rest upon you. May His wisdom guide your words and actions, and may the outcome bring glory to His name. "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed" (Proverbs 16:3). We declare that every decision made in that meeting will align with God’s perfect will for your life and work.
We also encourage you to walk in integrity and righteousness, for the Lord delights in those who honor Him. If there are any areas where you may have compromised or allowed fear to dictate your actions, we urge you to repent and seek the Lord’s strength to stand firm. "The Lord is near to all those who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth" (Psalm 145:18).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Protector. We thank You for Your promise of protection and favor over Your children. Lord, we ask that You would surround [###] with Your divine shield at their workplace. Guard their heart, mind, and body from every evil scheme and violent intent. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned.
Father, we pray for the outcome of the meeting on December 15th. Let Your favor rest upon [###], and may Your will be done in every decision made. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and peace as they navigate their work environment. We declare that the plans of the enemy will be thwarted, and Your purposes will prevail.
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen [###] in their faith, that they may walk in righteousness and integrity. Help them to trust in You alone, for You are their refuge and strength. May they find comfort in Your presence and courage in Your promises.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, intimidation, and wickedness in the workplace. We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they experience Your love and protection in every area of their life.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
