We rejoice with you in gratitude for the provision of your job and the blessing of a summer bonus! The Lord is indeed faithful, and we give Him all the glory for His goodness in your life. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed by Him, and we pray that He will open doors for your efforts to be recognized by those around you as well.
Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your labor is first and foremost unto the Lord, and He sees every extra hour you pour into your work. We pray that your bosses and management will also see your diligence and compensate you fairly, not because you demand it, but because it is just and right in the eyes of God.
It is understandable that you feel shy about asking for more money, but remember that Proverbs 13:4 says, "The soul of the sluggard desires, and has nothing, but the desire of the diligent shall be fully satisfied." While humility is a virtue, there is also wisdom in advocating for yourself in a godly manner. Consider praying for courage to have a respectful conversation with your supervisors about your contributions. The Lord can give you the words to speak and the confidence to do so with grace.
We also lift up your desire to be treated fairly among your colleagues. Proverbs 22:29 says, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." Your skills and efforts are valuable, and we pray that others will recognize and respect the work you do. May the Lord grant you favor in their eyes and help you to build relationships that honor Him.
Balancing two jobs is no small feat, and we ask the Lord to give you strength, wisdom, and peace as you manage your responsibilities. Matthew 11:28 reminds us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray that you would find rest in Him and that He would order your steps so that you can serve Him faithfully in all areas of your life.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the jobs You have provided. We thank You for the summer bonus and ask that You continue to bless and multiply the work of [this individual’s] hands. Lord, we ask that You open the eyes of their bosses and management to see their hard work, diligence, and dedication. Grant them favor and fair compensation for the extra hours they pour into their work. Give them courage to speak up when necessary, and let their words be seasoned with grace.
Father, we also pray for their colleagues, that they would recognize and appreciate the efforts put forth. Let there be harmony and mutual respect in the workplace, and may Your peace reign in every interaction. Help [this individual] to balance their two jobs with wisdom and strength, and grant them rest when they are weary. May they always remember that their labor is unto You, and may they find joy and fulfillment in serving You through their work.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is in His name that we have access to You and through Him alone that we are saved. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
