Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for this urgent need at work.
We have been continuing to lift up your friend who you also described as your dad before the Lord, asking for a miracle for his job. We remember how heavy this burden is, that he is facing bullying and injustice at work, that he is doing his job faithfully while others are not, and that you are heartbroken at the thought of him quitting or being fired. We understand how very important this job is and how much you want the harassment to stop right now.
We also hear your desire for God to intervene powerfully and stop those who are acting as bullies toward him. In our prayers we have asked God to bring justice and protection according to His will, remembering that vengeance belongs to the Lord as it says in Rom 12:19, and that Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us as it says in Matt 5:44. So we have prayed not for harm to come to anyone, but for the Lord to soften hearts, to convict those doing wrong, to remove injustice, and to surround your friend with favor and peace. We have prayed that God would give him strength to endure and not quit, wisdom for every decision at work, and that the Lord would guard his job if it is according to His perfect plan. We are trusting that God sees his sadness and weariness and that He is close to the brokenhearted as it says in Psalm 34:18.
