We lift up your sister before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, trusting in the God who hears the cries of His children and moves mountains according to His will. The news of a mass on her lungs weighs heavily on us, but we know that nothing is impossible for our Lord. He is the Great Physician, the One who spoke creation into existence and holds every breath in His hands.
We declare over your sister the truth of Scripture: *"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:14-15). We stand on this promise, believing that God’s healing power is not limited by medical reports or human understanding. He is able to restore her lungs, dissolve the mass, and bring complete wholeness to her body.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We confess that without Jesus, we have no access to Your throne, no hope of healing, and no assurance of eternal life. We thank You for sending Your Son to die for our sins so that we might be reconciled to You. We ask that Your Holy Spirit would move powerfully in this situation, bringing comfort, peace, and supernatural intervention. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and command this mass to leave her body. We speak life, health, and restoration over her lungs, declaring that by His stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5).
We also pray for wisdom for her doctors and medical team. Guide their hands, Lord, and give them discernment as they care for her. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround her with Your presence, reminding her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
If there are areas in her life where she needs to draw closer to You, Lord, reveal them to her. Help her to surrender fully to Your will, trusting that even in this trial, You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen her faith, and let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.
We also ask that You would minister to her family during this time. Give them strength, patience, and unwavering trust in You. Let them see Your hand at work and be encouraged by Your promises.
Lord, we believe You are moving even now. We declare Your Word over this situation: *"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions"* (Psalm 107:20). We thank You for the miracle that is already on the way. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
