But, she's just sitting there . . .
There are all types of jobs, and I have certainly done my share of hard work; BUT GOD whom has purposed the time for His people, knows His plan.
But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.” But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details. There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.” it, and it will not be taken away from her.”
To be certain, some of the "all these things," that are promised to be added when we seek God's Kingdom first, may mean all things to some people, but they matter very little to me; I just love watching God's power on display, even in the little things. Still, I can't hardly wait to see the manifestation of reward that God unleashes on the city that has the audacity to align herself with this servant. He has shown me some things, and to be sure, there has been but a small sampling. [Luke 10:21-24].
When God's people practice their faith to simply believe Him by doing it His way, and stop trying to orchestrate on His behalf, He makes the seemingly impossible, "ALREADY DONE." And I do believe He loves the testimony and adulation that follows.
