Work environment very difficult

I am facing some difficulty at work. Office politics and frequent mood changes run rampant here, and I try so hard to hold my own, stay neutral, and be nice - (and for some reason that is looked down upon). The climate makes it extremely difficult to wake up for work every morning, and every day only gets worse. I pray for the environment here to be less "catty", more mature, and filled with the spirit of Jesus Christ. I know all things are possible through our Lord who gives us strength, and I need that right now. In the meantime, I am praying for God to open an opportunity for me to puruse my teaching career next school year. God is good! Thank you Lord! Thank you for getting me through every day, as you get me one step closer to greener pastures! Amen

Lord God I also have to deal with these same issues in the work place, Father I stand in agreement with Tara today for peace and resolve in our offices. Lord I pray for a spirit of calm to fill the rooms and attitudes today. Father I bind the spirit of strife from Tara's enviroment today, Lord bring all truths to light, and protect Tara as she stands and represents You in her kindness, her patience, and her personality. Lord hold her up and above the turmoil and drama, set her on Godly ground before her coworkers and supervisors, in Jesus name I pray for a spiritual revival in the workforce, amen. Love ya girl!!!

Father, thank You for the grace and tolerance You give Tara every day during her time at work. I pray that You would invade this office with Your holy presence and bring about more tolerance. Let the diificulties, office politics and cattiness diminish and allow each person to treat the others as they want to be treated. Grant Tara favor in finding something in the field of teaching, allow her to use the gifts and abilities You have given her to nurture others. Give her a patient spirit, a calm mind and a grateful heart. Help her to call upon Your name when she is frustrated, for You long to help Your children in their time of need. In Jesus' name, I pray for Your grace and mercy over this situation. Amen.

Father, I continue to ask you would bless Tara's work environment. I ask the Kingdom of God would come with fruit, gifts & power over evil. I ask the manifest presence of God would come, and the atmosphere would be condusive to evangelism. Please give her Christian co-workers, and let her know the humble, hungry ones are ordered to be in her path to hear. Strengthen her to share with thoughts, words & deeds, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
