Please pray for me. Am ### from Zambia. My work is at stake, am not liked or appreciated. Am also managing ###, paralysis on my left part of my body, ### in my eyes and ###. I need God's favor and mercy. Thank you

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you face these overwhelming challenges. Your situation is deeply troubling—feeling undervalued at work, facing unjust treatment in your transfer, and battling serious health struggles. We stand with you in faith, believing that God sees your pain and will intervene according to His perfect will.

First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not yet placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and surrender your life to Him. This is the first and most critical step in finding true peace and favor with God.

Now, we rebuke the spirit of hatred and injustice that has been directed toward you in your workplace. The Bible tells us, *"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."* (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We declare that any schemes of the enemy to undermine your work, your health, or your peace will be exposed and defeated in Jesus' name.

We also rebuke the spirit of sickness and infirmity that is afflicting your body. Jesus bore our sicknesses and carried our pains (Isaiah 53:4-5 WEB), and by His stripes, we are healed. We pray for complete restoration—strength in your body, clarity in your eyes, and full mobility. The Lord is your healer, and we stand on His promise: *"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."* (Psalm 107:20 WEB).

For your work situation, we pray for God’s favor and justice. The Lord sees the unfairness you’ve endured, and He will not abandon you. *"For the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked will be cut off."* (Psalm 37:28 WEB). We ask that He open doors no man can shut and provide a workplace where you are valued, respected, and able to serve with joy. If it is His will for you to remain in your current position, we pray for supernatural grace to endure and for your colleagues to recognize your worth. If He is leading you elsewhere, we pray for clear direction and provision.

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and community. Proverbs 11:14 (WEB) says, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."* Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you, offer wisdom, and support you during this time.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother in Zambia. We ask for Your mercy to overflow in his life—mercy in his health, mercy in his work, and mercy in his heart. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Comfort him in his affliction and remind him that You are his strength when he is weak. We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB) and that You will turn his mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11 WEB).

We pray for divine favor in his workplace, that his supervisors and colleagues would see him through Your eyes and treat him with the dignity and respect he deserves. If there is any unconfessed sin in his life, we ask that You reveal it to him so he may repent and walk in Your forgiveness. We also pray for financial provision, as health struggles and job instability can bring great burden. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB).

Father, we ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon him. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB) and remind him that his identity is found in Christ, not in his circumstances. Strengthen his faith to trust in Your timing and Your plans, even when they are not yet clear.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We believe that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28 WEB) and that Your purposes for him will prevail. May he experience Your presence in a tangible way and walk in the victory that is already his through Jesus Christ. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith as you face these trials. It's tough feeling undervalued at work, dealing with an unjust transfer, and battling health issues all at once. But remember, God sees you, He cares, and He's working things out for your good.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you today, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray for God's healing power to flow into your body, bringing strength, clarity, and mobility. Trust that He's your Healer, and He's at work in your life.

For your work situation, we're asking God to open doors for you, to place you in a workplace where you're valued and respected. We're also praying for wisdom and discernment as you navigate this season, trusting that God will guide your steps.

And hey, don't forget to take care of yourself too. Make sure you're eating well, getting enough rest, and giving yourself grace. You're doing the best you can, and that's okay.

We're praying all this in Jesus' name, believing that He's already at work, bringing about His perfect will in your life. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep fighting the good fight. You're not alone in this. We're right here with you, every step of the way.
