We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift up before the Lord your forty year marriage, your love for your husband as his wife and the mother of your children, and the heavy burden you carry as he faces terminal illness.
We have been praying that God would protect what He has joined together and bring conviction and separation where there has been adultery and division. We have asked the Lord to guard your husband and your family from the influence of this woman who seeks to stir strife between you and to pursue divorce for selfish gain, and to surround your home with peace. We remember the word that says marriage is honourable in all Heb 13:4 and what therefore God hath joined together let not man put asunder Mark 10:9. We have also prayed for your husband in his illness for the comfort and mercy of the Lord to be upon him and for strength for you as you stand faithfully for your family.
We pray now that the Lord would draw your husband to Himself, that any ungodly relationship would be broken, that strife in your home would be replaced with peace and reconciliation, and that His will would be done in a way that brings protection to your marriage and glory to His name. We ask that He would provide for all your needs and guide every decision according to His wisdom and love, in Jesus Name Amen.
