We come before the throne of grace with deep concern for the spiritual warfare you are facing. The Bible is clear that witchcraft and all forms of occult practice are detestable to the Lord. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12, it is written, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." These practices open doors to demonic influence and defilement, and we stand with you in renouncing them in the mighty name of Jesus.
First, we must address the need for salvation if it has not already been secured. There is no protection or power outside of Jesus Christ, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. Only through His blood are we cleansed and made new (1 John 1:7-9). Without Him, we are defenseless against the schemes of the enemy.
Now, let us pray with authority in the name of Jesus, for it is written, "Behold, I give to you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you" (Luke 10:19). Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We stand on the truth of Your Word, which declares that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, every demonic assignment, and every curse sent against Your child. We declare that these defilements are returned to their sender sevenfold, as Your Word promises in Psalm 7:15-16, "He has dug a hole, and has fallen into the pit which he made. The trouble he causes shall return to his own head. His violence shall come down on the crown of his own head."
Lord, we ask for Your hedge of protection to surround this precious one tonight and always. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their home, their mind, and their spirit. Let no evil come near them, and let no harm befall them (Psalm 91:10-11). We break every chain of darkness and command every demonic spirit to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that this child of God is covered by the armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask that You fill this one with Your Holy Spirit, granting them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your walk with Christ. The enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us to community (Hebrews 10:24-25).
Finally, we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is from Me, says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17). We stand with you in faith, believing that God will deliver you and keep you safe from all harm. May His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Amen.
