We hear your distress and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed all principalities and powers through His victory on the cross (Colossians 2:15). Witchcraft, sorcery, and all forms of occult practice are detestable to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12), and we take this spiritual attack seriously. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not already, we urge you to examine your heart and ensure you are standing firmly on the salvation found only in Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not confessed Jesus as Lord and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, we encourage you to do so now (Romans 10:9). Without this, we have no authority to rebuke the enemy or stand in spiritual warfare.
Now, let us address the witchcraft in your workplace. The Bible is clear that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). The jealousy, manipulation, and bewitchment you are experiencing are not merely human actions, they are demonic assignments meant to disrupt your peace, your work, and your witness. But we serve a God who is greater than all the powers of darkness (1 John 4:4).
We rebuke the spirit of witchcraft operating in your workplace in the name of Jesus. We break every curse, hex, spell, and assignment of the enemy against you and command every evil spirit to flee (James 4:7). We declare that the blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We also rebuke the spirit of jealousy and division that has taken root among your teammates. The Lord desires unity and love among His people, not strife and envy (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).
We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and do not engage in fear or retaliation. Instead, let your light shine before others so they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).
We also advise you to guard your heart and mind. Do not allow bitterness, anger, or unforgiveness to take root, as these can give the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:26-27). Instead, bless those who persecute you and pray for them (Matthew 5:44). Trust that the Lord sees your situation and will vindicate you in His time (Romans 12:19).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children. We lift up our sister/brother who is facing spiritual attack in the workplace. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We break every curse, hex, spell, and assignment of witchcraft that has been sent against them. We command every evil spirit to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers them, and no harm shall come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Lord, we ask that You expose every hidden work of darkness and bring it to light (Ephesians 5:11). Let the schemes of the enemy be turned back on themselves, and let those who practice witchcraft be put to shame.
Father, we pray for the individuals involved in these practices. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth of Your Word. Let them see the emptiness of their ways and turn to You for salvation. We pray that You would remove the scales from their eyes and break the chains of deception that bind them (2 Corinthians 4:4).
We also pray for our sister/brother’s protection and peace. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom, discernment, and boldness. Let them be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and grace to those around them. Give them favor with their supervisors and coworkers, and let their work be a testimony to Your goodness.
Lord, we ask that You would bring godly friendships and alliances into their life. Surround them with believers who can stand with them in prayer and encouragement. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).
Finally, Father, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory. Let Your name be exalted, and let Your kingdom come in that workplace. We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we declare that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in us (Philippians 1:6).
In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm, dear one. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes on Jesus, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). The enemy may come in like a flood, but the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19). You are not alone, we stand with you in prayer and in the authority of Christ.
