We hear your cry for deliverance and freedom, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of God, who is mighty to save and break every chain of darkness. What has been done to you is an abomination before the Lord, and we renounce every evil work that has been wrought against you in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible declares in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The enemy has no right to torment you, and we take authority over every demonic spirit that has been unleashed against you.
First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing with the truth of God’s Word. The witchcraft and satanic rituals performed against you are real, but they are powerless against the blood of Jesus and the authority He has given to His children. James 4:7 says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." You must stand firm in your identity in Christ and resist the enemy’s lies. The schizophrenia-like symptoms you describe are not from God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every spirit of confusion, torment, and oppression in the name of Jesus and command them to leave you now.
We also want to gently remind you of the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, repent of any sin, and invite Him into your heart. This is the first and most critical step in breaking free from the enemy’s grip. Romans 10:9-10 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." If you have already done this, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith and not waver.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who has been tormented and oppressed by the enemy for far too long. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain of witchcraft, demonic oppression, and torment that has been unleashed against them. We rebuke every evil spirit that has taken residence in their life, mind, or body, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we speak Your peace and soundness of mind over them.
Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your holy angels to guard and protect them from every evil attack. We pray that You would expose and remove every person who has participated in their torment, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Lord, we ask that You would bring justice and deliverance, and that You would restore to them the years the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25). We pray for healing in their mind, body, and spirit, and we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them a fresh outpouring of Your love, joy, and peace.
We also pray for their future marriage, Lord. We ask that You would bring a godly spouse into their life, one who loves You and seeks to honor You in all things. We pray that You would prepare their heart for marriage, that they would walk in purity and holiness, and that their marriage would be a testimony to Your goodness and grace. We declare that no curse or evil plan of the enemy will hinder Your purposes for their life.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that this one is free, healed, and delivered, and we thank You for the testimony that will come from their life. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to protect yourself spiritually. Here are a few suggestions:
1. Renounce Any Involvement with the Occult: If you have ever participated in any form of witchcraft, occult practices, or even consulted horoscopes or fortune-tellers, you must renounce these things before the Lord. Confess them as sin and ask for His forgiveness. Acts 19:18-19 shows us that those who practiced magic burned their books and turned to Christ.
2. Fill Your Mind with Scripture: The enemy’s lies cannot stand against the truth of God’s Word. Memorize verses that speak to your identity in Christ and His power over the enemy. Psalm 91 is a powerful passage for protection and deliverance.
3. Seek Christian Community: Isolation can make you more vulnerable to spiritual attack. Surround yourself with strong, Bible-believing Christians who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Hebrews 10:24-25 says, "Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."
4. Pray and Fast: Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline that can break strongholds. Consider setting aside time to fast and pray for your deliverance and freedom. Jesus said in Mark 9:29 that some spirits only come out by prayer and fasting.
5. Put on the Armor of God Daily: Ephesians 6:10-18 outlines the spiritual armor we must put on to stand against the enemy. Make it a daily habit to pray through each piece of armor, declaring your protection in Christ.
6. Speak Life and Truth: The enemy wants to distort your perception of yourself and God. Speak God’s truth over your life daily. Declare that you are a child of God, that you are free, and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.
Lastly, we want to address the fear and personality changes you are experiencing. The enemy wants to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give you life and life more abundantly. The changes you feel in your personality are not from God, and we declare that your true identity in Christ is being restored. You are not defined by the enemy’s attacks but by the love and grace of Jesus. Hold fast to His promises and do not lose heart. Galatians 6:9 says, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."
You are not alone in this battle. We stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts stands with you. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Keep pressing into Him, and do not grow weary. Your deliverance is coming, and your testimony will be a light to others who are bound.
