We hear your heartfelt plea for wisdom in stewarding the remaining finances from your recent check. The Word of God tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." We stand with you in seeking the Lord’s guidance, for He is faithful to provide direction when we ask in faith.
Father in Heaven, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up this need for divine wisdom. You know every detail of their financial situation, and You care deeply about the practical matters of their life. Lord, we ask that You would grant them clarity and discernment as they consider how to use these remaining funds. Help them to prioritize according to Your will, whether for necessities, generosity, or wise planning for the future. Guard their heart against fear or impulsive decisions, and let Your peace guide them in every choice. May they trust in Your provision, knowing that You are their ultimate source. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In addition to seeking God’s wisdom, we encourage you to prayerfully consider biblical principles of stewardship. Proverbs 3:9-10 says, "Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine." While this may not always mean tithing in a traditional sense when finances are tight, it does remind us to honor God with what we have, trusting Him to multiply our faithfulness.
We also urge you to reflect on Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Even in times of scarcity, God remains our provider. If you have not already, consider seeking counsel from a trusted, godly mentor or financial advisor who can help you navigate this season with wisdom. Above all, remember that your worth is not found in your finances but in Christ, who loves you unconditionally.
If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 declares, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Salvation is a free gift, received by faith in Christ’s finished work on the cross. If you would like to know more about how to have a personal relationship with Jesus, we would be honored to guide you in that journey.
