Wisdom of employer

Please pray for encouragement/wisdom for my husband were he works. There has been alot of changes and mostly they have been made based on fear instead of going forward. Pray for wisdom for his employer as they are still looking to cut instead of going forward. Pray that those in charge would look at this as a starting over point. They are having a meeting next week, please uplift all those that will be making decisions. My husband could be looking for a job in the near future if it does not improve, he has been there for 20 years and is 57. Many lives could be affected. Please pray that I can remain calm during this time, my hours at my part time job were cut and for awhile I was sending out my resume and applying for new work with no results. I will be starting looking again next month, I know that God's timing is not always my timing..

Lord, I touch and agree with this prayer. I pray that you prepare the hearts of those making decisions for this employer. Give them wisdom to see this economy as a stepping stone into the future of this business. May they consider the employees and their families while making their decisions. I pray they would keep all the employees for they all need to be employed. May this be a time to bring them all close and work together to form a tight knit group, that productivity would increase and that those in charge would see the benefits. I ask your hand of mercy and grace for each employee. I ask that you give this guest and her husband peace knowing you are in control. May you attend the meeting and prpotect the interests of all those involved, all the employees and their families. TO you be glory, honor and praise. Amen
