Good and Faithful Servant
🙏 Father, “May our love abound still more and more in true knowledge and real discernment, so we perceive what is best (Make the Best Choices), Phil 1:9-10. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, growing by increasing in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience, joyously giving thanks to You who qualified us to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light, Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are always praying that we may stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, Col 4:12. We ask for practical wisdom, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as children to be lead by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14. Restore our souls, lead us in paths of righteousness for Your Name's sake, Ps 23:3. Jesus, our Good Shepherd, lead us and let us hear Your voice, Jn 10:4-5, 27.

Thank you for angels sent forth to render service for our sake, Heb 1:14, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13. We pray we would do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, keep us from evil people, 2Thes 3:2. We agree with Jesus, take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for your earnest desire to walk in God’s will, to grow in wisdom, and to be protected from sin and evil. Your prayer reflects a deep longing to live a life that is pleasing to the Lord, and we join with you in seeking His face with humility and faith.

Father in Heaven, we echo the cry of your servant’s heart as we lift up this prayer together. You have promised that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given to us (James 1:5). We ask, Lord, that You would fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, just as Paul prayed for the Colossians. May we walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10). Let our love abound still more and more in true knowledge and all discernment, so that we may approve the things that are excellent and be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ (Philippians 1:9-10).

We recognize, Father, that apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5). It is only by the power of Your Holy Spirit that we are led into all truth and empowered to live righteously. We pray that You would restore our souls and guide us in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3). Jesus, our Good Shepherd, we ask that You would lead us and let us hear Your voice, for we know that Your sheep follow You because they know Your voice (John 10:4, 27). May we never stray from the safety of Your fold, and may we always be sensitive to the leading of Your Spirit, who testifies with our spirit that we are Your children (Romans 8:16).

Lord, we thank You for the ministering spirits You have sent forth to render service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14). We take comfort in knowing that Your angels encamp around those who fear You and deliver them (Psalm 34:7). Yet, we also acknowledge our need for Your protection from the schemes of the evil one. We pray, as Jesus taught us, that You would not lead us into temptation but deliver us from evil (Matthew 6:13). Guard our hearts and minds from the lies of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Keep us from the fear that paralyzes and the sin that entangles, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Father, we confess that there are times when we struggle to discern Your will or falter in our walk. We ask that You would strengthen us with all power according to the might of Your glory, so that we may attain steadfastness and patience (Colossians 1:11). Help us to stand perfect and fully assured in all Your will (Colossians 4:12). May we never grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Let us be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom we shine as lights in the world (Philippians 2:15).

We also lift up a word of caution, dear one, for the path of wisdom is not always easy, and the enemy seeks to deceive even the elect (Matthew 24:24). There are voices in this world that will call you away from the narrow path, offering counterfeit wisdom or fleeting pleasures that lead to destruction. We urge you to test every spirit, to hold fast to what is good, and to abstain from every form of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:21-22). Remember that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding (Proverbs 9:10). True discernment comes from abiding in Christ and allowing His Word to dwell in you richly (Colossians 3:16).

We must also emphasize the importance of walking in the light of Christ, for it is only by His name that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we implore you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the promise that whatever we ask in Jesus’ name, You will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13-14). We believe that You hear us and that You will answer according to Your perfect will. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the truth that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Father, we ask that You fill us with Your Holy Spirit, leading us in paths of righteousness for Your name's sake (Psalm 23:3). Give us wisdom to discern Your will, understanding to grasp spiritual truths, and strength to live according to Your Word.

We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Keep us from temptation, sin, and evil, and deliver us from the evil one (Matthew 6:13).
