⛪️ Wife Lead to Best Church, 1 Cor 12:18, Modern Worship, Teach Bible, Discipleship, 2 Tim 3:15-16, Son & Mom Learn to Fear God, Prov 9:10, Obey Jesus' Teachings, Matt 28:19-20... Father, thank You for graciously leading me to good churches throughout my walk -- wife moved, needs church likes contemporary music as does son.🧎🏻Asking for the same kindness You have shown me in leading them to a healthy fellowship, and divine encounter through preaching, friends, evangelists, angels, dreams, visions (every and any means the Lord wills to reach her is my prayer). May they find a good gospel team of husband pastor and wife for team ministry like Pricilla and Aquila, Acts 18:26. Vibrant and caring and sharing -- close proximity to them, men and women not deceived by compromise or doctrine, Matt 24:4-5, but kind, able to teach, helping others come to repentance, escaping the snare of the devil, 2 Tim 2:24-26... Keep them from false believers, imposters and evil people, 2 Tim 3:5, Titus 1:16, 2 Thes 3:2, give angels charge over them, Ps 91:10-16, Heb 1:14, and keep them from sin, Ps 119:3, 1 Cor 8:1, wrong doing, lies, fear Zeph 3:13, 2 Cor 13:7, temptation, evil and the evil one, Lk 11:4, Matt 6:13, 2 Thes 3:3, John 17:15. Thank You in Jesus' Name, Phil 4:6-7, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We hear your heartfelt plea for your wife and son, lifting them before the Lord with deep concern and hope. Your desire for them to find a church that teaches the truth of Scripture, fosters discipleship, and honors God in worship is commendable. The passages you’ve referenced, 2 Timothy 3:15-16, Proverbs 9:10, and Matthew 28:19-20, remind us that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and obedience to Christ’s commands is the foundation of a life well-lived. We stand with you in praying for a fellowship that reflects these truths.

Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we may approach Your throne. We thank You for Your faithfulness in guiding this brother to godly churches throughout his walk with You. Now, Lord, we ask that You extend that same kindness to his wife and son. Lead them to a church that is uncompromising in its teaching of Your Word, where the preaching is anointed by the Holy Spirit and the worship draws hearts closer to You. Raise up shepherds after Your own heart, like Priscilla and Aquila, who will disciple them with humility, wisdom, and love.

Protect them, Lord, from false teachers and deceivers who would lead them astray. Your Word warns us in 2 Timothy 3:5 about those who have a form of godliness but deny its power. We pray that You would surround them with believers who are rooted in truth, who walk in integrity, and who reflect the love of Christ. Let the angels You have assigned to them guard their steps, as Psalm 91:11 declares, and keep them from the snares of the enemy.

We also lift up their spiritual growth, asking that the fear of the Lord would take deep root in their hearts. May they grow in wisdom and obedience, delighting in Your commands as Psalm 119:3 describes. Shield them from temptation, lies, and every form of evil, and grant them discernment to recognize and resist the schemes of the devil. Strengthen their faith so that they may stand firm in the truth, even in a world that often rejects it.

Lord, we know that Your promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20). We trust that You will answer this prayer according to Your perfect will. May this family be united in their pursuit of You, and may their church become a place of refuge, growth, and mission for Your glory.

In Jesus’ holy name, we pray. Amen.

We’re joining you in this prayer, and we’re moved by your care for your wife and son. It’s clear you trust that the same God who led you to healthy churches in your own walk will be faithful to guide them, and that’s a deep, steady hope. We love that you ask not just for a building or a style, but for a fellowship where they’ll be truly taught the Word, grounded in the fear of the Lord, and surrounded by kind, discerning believers who reflect Christ.

In our own experience we’ve seen how regular worship and genuine community can quietly shape a person’s heart, so your request for a “best church”, with sound teaching, contemporary worship that meets them, and a pastoral team that models ministry together, really matters. God often uses the ordinary step of simply visiting a few churches to make His direction known. You might gently encourage your wife and son to go with you to visit a couple of places and simply pay attention to whether they feel at home in the truth, whether the teaching consistently lifts up Jesus, and whether the people seem grounded yet warm. You’re not imposing a solution; you’re walking with them, just as you ask God to walk ahead.

We pray:

Father, thank You for this husband’s loving heart. In Jesus’ name we ask You to clearly lead his wife and son to a fellowship where they’ll be taught the Scriptures deeply, where worship lifts their eyes to You, and where they’ll find caring, doctrinally sound believers who build them up. Protect them from false teaching and harmful influences; give them discernment and peace. May they encounter a church like the home of Priscilla and Aquila, humble, faithful, and devoted to Your Word, and may that place become a spiritual home where they grow in reverence and joyful obedience. Amen.

Every living stone in the house of God is brought there by God, and by God alone. No man’s persuasion places a soul into that holy habitation, it is the Lord’s own work. Therefore take heart, for the Father who has graciously led you to good churches will not fail to lead your wife and your son in His own time and way. He is the householder who provides for His own, and the Church is His house because He rules there and is honored there. Pray without ceasing for them; wrestle and agonize until He gives you your desire, for it is by prayer, and prayer alone, that the saints prevail. I bid you, by the wounds of Him who was crucified for our sins, never stop pleading until God grants you all who sail with you.

Do not tremble for them as though the Lord were slack concerning His promise. Has He not said, “I will give you all that are in the ship if you will but ask Me”? Then trust Him. From your youth you have seen His deliverances, and the God who strengthened David to face Goliath is your God still. Great fear may come, but lay hold on this: if Christ has pleaded for you, then your sins are gone in a moment, and no accusation can stand. Does He plead for your household? Then let faith sing, “I shall in safety reach my home, my God, my Heaven, my All.” God has not made this world to be a soft nest for saints, He ordains trials that we might mount up to our true home, but He gives angels charge over them that trust Him, and no evil shall befall them without His leave.

Yet beware of the false peace that slumbers while the enemy sows tares. Many a child of God weeps for months because he did not watch for minutes. There are false believers, imposters, and evil men whose teaching would make God a liar, for if we deny our sin, we trample on the blood of the cross. The Church must be the pillar and ground of the truth, and you are right to desire for your wife and son a fellowship not deceived by compromise. Pray that they are planted where the Word is taught without mixture of error, where the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and where the Holy Spirit’s fire is not quenched by worldly cleverness. But remember, the power is not in modern music or apostolic titles, it is in the presence of the living God. What the Church needs is the baptism of fire; what the world dreads is the enthusiasm that believes God still does wonders. Seek a people who witness for Christ by holy character, whose lives are the music of purity, whose teaching echoes the apostles’ doctrine, and who would never do evil that good might come.

Let your own life be a lamp in your father’s house. Joseph was won not by argument but by a brother’s tears. Perhaps your son, your wife, shall see your unwavering trust, your hatred of sin, your love for the truth, and be drawn to the Savior themselves. Do not hesitate to let the light of God shine through you. Witness for Christ not only with your lips but with integrity in all things, for it does no good to preach one thing with the mouth and live another with the hands. And if they are slow to hear, faint not. The Master sometimes does the greatest feats by the feeblest instrumentality, and a praying husband, a faithful father, is a mighty weapon in God’s hand.

May the Lord lead them to a people who are kind, able to teach, patient in restoring the erring, and kept from the snare of the devil. May He shield them from the evil one, and may the peace that passes understanding garrison their hearts. The Church of the living God is the hope of the world, and those who fear Him and trust Him shall never be put to shame. Continue in prayer, grow in knowledge, and watch for the answer, for faithful is He who promised. May God do better unto you than at your beginnings, and may your whole house at last be gathered in, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have prayed earnestly for your wife and son, asking the Lord to guide them into a church where the Scriptures are taught with faithfulness and where discipleship is nurtured. This is a fitting request, for the Church of God is called to be an assembly “in God,” as the Apostle declares to the Thessalonians. But let us not forget: a people are truly “in God” not merely by gathering together, but by walking according to His commandments. If any continue as servants of sin, how can they be said to dwell in Him? So pray not only for the right place, but that your family may themselves become living stones built together in holiness, fearing the Lord and departing from iniquity.

You seek a place where the Bible is opened and explained with clarity. Remember that the Only-Begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, has declared Him to us with a fullness the prophets only foresaw. And He has set teachers in His Church, apostles, prophets, and instructors, that the rain of the Gospel might bring forth fruit in prepared hearts. The teaching of God’s Word is indeed a heavenly rain, and He gives it in due season. Yet take heed: there are many who speak with smooth words but teach as doctrines the commandments of men. Their outward form of worship is vain, for they honor God with their lips while their hearts remain far from Him. When the life is corrupt, it cannot help but produce corrupt doctrine, and many have made shipwreck of the faith on such rocks. Therefore, when you ask that your wife and son be led to healthy fellowship, ask also that the Lord would preserve them from false teachers who possess a form of godliness but deny its power. Pray that the shepherds they sit under may be men who first teach themselves, holding fast to faith and a good conscience, lest they themselves be cast away.

Do not be troubled about the means God may use. He who set each member in the body as it pleased Him knows how to place His own within the Church. He is more loving than any earthly father, and He will not deny good gifts to those who ask. Whether He sends a husband and wife laboring together like Priscilla and Aquila, or faithful evangelists, or even speaks through a dream or a sudden encounter, leave all to His wisdom. And do not think you have but one talent; even your continued intercession and godly example are a contribution for the common good. It pleases God greatly when we labor for the advantage of others, however small our offering may seem.

Entrust them, then, to the Lord who rebuked the demons and delivered the afflicted, for He is able to guard His own from every snare of the evil one. Only let them seek the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom, and obey the words of Christ, for it is the doer of the word, not the hearer only, who receives blessing from God. The righteous Judge will not fail to guide those who desire to walk in truth.

It is good that you are praying earnestly for your wife and family to find a healthy fellowship. God desires to lead His people to gatherings where He is truly worshiped and His Word is carefully taught. What matters most is that worship happens in spirit and in truth, not tied to a particular style or a building. Whether a congregation sings contemporary songs or older hymns, the heart must be fixed on the Lord alone, never on images, emotional experiences, or anything that competes with Christ. The history of the church shows how easily idols and unprescribed practices can creep in and corrupt pure worship.

As you seek a church, look beyond the music and the programs. The great need in the body of Christ today is not more preaching but patient, thorough teaching of the whole counsel of God. A healthy fellowship will be one where the Scriptures are opened carefully, where people are instructed how to walk, how to pray, and how to grow in their relationship with the Lord. That teaching ministry is what builds strong, discerning believers who are not easily deceived by false doctrine or the spirit of the age.

Your mention of Priscilla and Aquila is a good picture of a husband and wife serving side by side. A godly couple can bless a congregation in many ways, but we must keep in mind that the Bible reserves the role of teaching doctrine and holding pastoral authority to men who meet the qualifications. Women are not called to that office, though they have a rich and necessary place in praying, prophesying, and ministering in other ways that honor God’s design. So as you look, seek a church where the pastors are faithful men who love the truth, and where their wives, if serving alongside, do so in ways consistent with Scripture. The early church, as we see in the book of Acts, flourished when believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to fellowship, and to prayer, with each person exercising their gifts in proper order.

Be watchful, as you have prayed, against false believers and compromised doctrine. The enemy often lodges in the branches of the church, introducing teachings that seduce people away from simple devotion to Christ. Discernment is not unkindness; it is love acting on truth. A truly healthy church will be kind and caring, yet it will not tolerate evil or approve of sin. It will help others come to repentance and escape the snares of the devil, all while guarding itself from the lukewarm, apostate condition so prevalent today.

Pray that the Lord will keep your wife and son and mom from sin, from false teachers, and from the evil one. He is faithful to guide those who seek Him, and He gives His angels charge over them. May He lead them to a fellowship that is vibrant in love, rich in teaching, and protected from error. I join you in thanking Him in Jesus’ name, confident that every promise finds its yes in Him.
