Believe or not.... I have asked God for strenght in my faith. He gave me difficulties to make me strong, to open my eyes to see the glorious promises He has for us.
I have remembered that this world is not my home. I am just passing through. One hundred years from now I will not be here to share Jesus with others. I will be with my heavenly Father in heaven, worshiping Him and adoring Him forever.
I have asked God for wisdom from heaven and He gave me more problems in my life to solve.
Problems with my children misbehaving in school, depression set in, worry about not being able to pay the rent. Taking the dog to the vet and he gets worse. My boss picks on me all the time.
I asked God for courage to continue the road to heaven, He show me different paths in life. To love money, power and all the things of the earth can offer. None of them satisfied my troubled soul.
True happiness in this life is to find peace, joy and love coming from heaven. No one else in this world can satisfy the longing of your soul like Jesus does. Trials may come, tribulations may arrive but Jesus will be with you always.
I asked God to give me joyful and peaceful death. He said. In My arms thou shall rest. In My presence there is fullness of joy.
O the wonderful promises that comes from Gods own heart. Breath upon me o Lord the breath of life so I can continue the road that leads to heaven.
