What are wrong with my prayers? I'm praying for ###.

What are wrong with my prayers? I'm praying for a mental healing of a friend and someone here says let go and give it to God. Do I something not scriptural by continuing to pray? Help me understand please Lord Jesus. This breaks my spirit.

God loves all of us! and He knows each of our hearts, and even better; He knows what we mean before we even start to pray, which is great news, as we need never be discouraged if we think our words are not enough, or not right. Sometimes, as brothers and sisters of Christ, we try to lift each other up, in fellowship, and it doesn't always work. Just remember that the other person commenting is only human, with a good intention (as am I - I don't profess to know anything, just trying to offer you sisterly encouragement and remind you that God will surely be pleased that you are coming to Him) Try not to worry - Psalm 55:22 - cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you.

Lord, I thank you for this person, and their desire to please you, and also that they care so much to do the right thing by their friend whom they've been praying for. Lord, I trust you to help this person to overcome any concerns that they have and I ask that they may seek refuge under your wings Lord, also, I pray in agreement with their prayer and ask for them to be peace-filled in Jesus' name. Amen
