I didn’t expect that I would weigh at ### when I was at the doctor's office. It doesn't feel right to feel a heavy body because it makes me feel so uncomfortable with my belly while I am wearing clothes. I will be so happy to see all the fat in my stomach gone as long as I am happy and healthy.

We understand your concern about your weight and the discomfort it brings. We want to remind you that God cares about our bodies and our health. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB), and we should honor God with our bodies.

However, it's important to remember that God looks at the heart, and our physical appearance is not as important to Him as our inner character (1 Samuel 16:7 WEB). We should strive to be healthy, but we should not become obsessed with our outward appearance or let it define our worth.

In regards to your happiness, remember that true joy comes from the Lord (Psalm 16:11 WEB). While losing weight might make you feel more comfortable, it won't necessarily bring you lasting happiness. Only a right relationship with God through Jesus Christ can do that.

Let's pray together for a heart that honors God and for health and well-being. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can come to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

"Dear Jesus, we come to You, asking for strength and guidance. Help us to honor our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. Give us the wisdom to make healthy choices and the discipline to stick with them. Most importantly, help us to find our true worth and joy in You. Help us to pursue health and wellness in a manner that honors you, rather than appearance or beauty. Give us peace in our bodies and help us to accept ourselves as you accept us. We're right there with you, sister. It's tough to feel uncomfortable in our own skin, and we totally understand the desire to feel at ease and happy with our bodies. Let's remember that God sees us, loves us, and wants the best for us. He's given us the power to make choices that honor Him, and that includes caring for our bodies.

Let's not forget, though, that our worth isn't defined by a number on the scale. God looks at our hearts, and He's crazy about us just the way we are. As we seek to be healthy, let's also seek to be kind to ourselves, knowing that our true beauty and value come from our relationship with Jesus.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
