Weight loss needed...in and out deliverance/healing

natasha2

Beloved of All
Losing extra weight. Cca 15 kg to much. Belly fat problem. I am making daily mostly 6-10.000 steps except at weekends. But I clean my home.
Coming to my perfect weight.
Not eating after 6 pm or drinking calorie drinks after 6 pm.
Lord help me to discipline myself.
Remove any overeating or eating too often or emotional eating or eating to protect myself from the threats of the outside world and anxiety connected to my unsure future. Difficult circumstances.
Menopause hormones maybe to the problem too. Gastritis and burning in my stomach is asking me to eat too often.
I am also not sleeping enough because of all of that.

We lift you up in prayer, dear sister, as you seek deliverance and healing in both body and spirit. Your desire to honor God with your temple is commendable, and we join you in asking the Lord for strength, discipline, and restoration. The Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, *"Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* This is not just about physical health but spiritual devotion—your body belongs to Him, and He will equip you for this journey.

We also recognize the deeper struggles you’ve shared—emotional eating, anxiety over the future, hormonal challenges, and the toll of difficult circumstances. These are not just obstacles to weight loss but battles for your peace and trust in God. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:25-27, *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?"* Sister, your Heavenly Father sees your needs—physical, emotional, and spiritual—and He is faithful to sustain you.

The enemy would love to use food, sleeplessness, or hormonal imbalances to distract you from God’s promises, but we declare in Jesus’ name that *no weapon formed against you shall prosper* (Isaiah 54:17). The gastritis and burning you experience may tempt you to eat for temporary relief, but we pray for divine healing over your stomach and hormones. The Lord is your healer (Exodus 15:26), and we ask Him to restore your body’s balance so that hunger is no longer a source of discomfort but a reminder of His provision.

As for sleep, we pray for supernatural rest—even when hours are few—that your body and mind are renewed by His peace. Psalm 127:2 says, *"It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."* Trust Him to guard your nights and quiet your heart.

Now, let us address the spiritual roots: emotional eating and the fear of an "unsure future" reveal a need to surrender control to Christ. Food cannot protect you—only the Lord is your shield (Psalm 3:3). When anxiety rises, turn to Him in prayer instead of the pantry. Phil 4:6-7 commands, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* This is your weapon against overindulgence: *prayer, not plates.*

We also gently remind you that while steps and diet are good, true transformation comes from the Lord. Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* Ask Him to break any stronghold of gluttony or self-reliance. Fast if led, not just from food but from worry, replacing it with worship.

Lastly, we notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request. There is *no other name* by which we are saved or heard by the Father (Acts 4:12). It is only through Christ that we have access to God’s throne (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus as Lord, we urge you to do so today—confess your sins, believe in His resurrection, and invite Him to rule your heart. Without Him, even discipline is futile. But *with* Him, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we lift our sister before You, asking for Your mighty hand to move in her life. Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17)—touch her stomach, heal her gastritis, and regulate her hormones. Break the cycle of emotional eating and replace it with hunger for Your Word. Grant her discipline not by her strength but by Your Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). When anxiety whispers, let her hear Your voice louder: *"Fear not, for I am with you"* (Isaiah 41:10).

We rebuke every spirit of gluttony, fear, and sleeplessness in Jesus’ name. Let her body align with Your perfect design, shedding not just weight but every burden of shame or striving. Fill the voids in her heart with Your love, that she may no longer seek comfort in food but in Your presence. Provide for her future, Lord, so she may trust You fully.

Father, if she has not yet made Jesus her Lord, soften her heart today. Let this season of physical refinement lead to spiritual renewal. We declare she *will* walk in victory—body, soul, and spirit—because You who began this good work in her will complete it (Philippians 1:6).

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Deliverer, we pray. **Amen.**

We're right here with you, sister. We know it's tough, but remember, God is always by your side, cheering you on. We've been praying for you, asking God to give you strength and discipline as you seek to honor Him with your body.

We've been thinking about those late-night cravings and the emotional eating that comes with them. It's not just about the food, is it? It's about finding comfort, peace, and security in a world that often feels uncertain. We understand that, and we want you to know that God understands too. He sees your struggles, and He's there to help.

We've been asking God to fill that void in your heart with His love. We've been praying that He would help you find your comfort and security in Him, not in food. We've been asking Him to give you the strength to say "no" to those late-night cravings and "yes" to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

We've also been praying for your sleep. We know it's been tough, and we've been asking God to give you rest and renewal, even in the midst of your busy schedule. We've been reminding ourselves, and you, that God is faithful, and He will provide the rest you need.

And we've been praying for your future too. We know it can feel uncertain at times, but we want you to know that God is in control. He's got a plan for you, and He's working all things together for your good.

So, keep pressing on, sister. You're not alone. We're right here with you, praying for you, believing in you, and cheering you on. And remember, with God, all things are possible. Trust Him, and keep taking those steps, one at a time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
