Weekend Protection

Father God I come humbly before You today, I pray for forgiveness of my sins, and a clean heart. Lord God please give us standers the strength and courage to face another weekend alone with out our spouses. Lord as we go into a time of the week where everyone starts seeking the o/w and o/m, I ask that You hear our petitions to You for protection over them and us Lord God. Father I pray that You would build a wall of protection to grow between them and the other persons, that the other persons may lose interest, become repelled, and go another direction from our marriages.

Lord I pray that the phone connections are weak and unsuccessful, and I pray that You would loose the power of the Holy Spirit into the hearts of the prodigals, open their eyes, minds, hearts, and souls to what You are telling them. Lord bring them to their knees, let them not sleep, let them not eat, let them find no comfort or satisfaction from the wrongs in lust and adultery.

I plead the blood of Jesus over each prodigal and stander today as we go into the weekend.

Lord I lift each stander to You for Your loving comfort and protection also, Father hear our hearts as they cry out to Jesus for compassion and mercy today. Lord keep each one of us standing upright on Your word, and in the light of Your glory. Teach us daily how to be what You need us to be for You first, our prodigals second Father, I pray for the emptiness and lonliness to be fulfilled by Your presence, Father I pray that You would heal our hurts, and give us the strength and courage to wait on You one more day, and then another. Father I know You are speaking to me daily about my stand, I pray that my breakthrough is coming sooooon, and that Don and I can be a testiment of Your love, grace, mercy, and healing powers to the world. Lord I cast down any and all evil imaginations that exhaults itself against Your healing of these marriages, in Jesus name satan you have been defeated, we are covered by the blood of the lamb, Jesus Christ, satan get behind thee, our marriages are healed.

Father God I pray that You would release these prodigals from the addictions and bondage they are living in, I bind from them the addiciton of alcohol, drugs, lust, greed, adultery, deception, wrong beliefs and wrong attitudes, Lord God I bind resentment, hate, anger, bitterness, and thougths of never again from them in the name of Jesus. I loose the power of love, concern, respect, and happiness to reign over them today, Father I pray You will looose the spirit of desire for there standers to consume them in every thought and action today, in Jesus name I pray, amen.

I pray You let Liz know You hear her prayers and know her heart. Give her confidence and strength in You and unshakable faith that You will accomplish Your good purposes in her life. Help her to find deep joy in her relationship with You and a nearness she's never known before, as You take her hand and show her the way through these difficult times. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Thank you Lord that all our prodigals will only feel peace, joy and happiness when they are at the side of their spouses. Thank you that when they are with the O/W or O/M that they will feel guilt, annoyance, boredom, unhappiness, lonliness, un-loved,etc. Thank you that you are set the fire of the Holy Spirit upon their hearts.
