Weary, Troubled, Disheartened

Lord, I need help. I am weak and unable. Lord, please take these worries and heartaches. Please help me with the pain. My flesh wants to give up and let discouragement have its way, but I don't want to miss out on promises. Lord, I need your strength because I cannot do anything without you. Lord, help.
