I thank you for sharing your burden so honestly, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord.
To labor as a teacher while your body is constantly weary and sick is a heavy trial, and to feel anxious and pressed down by conflict with coworkers and administrators only adds to that weight. It is understandable that you feel worn out in body and spirit, and God sees both. He is not distant from your weakness, but He is the one who gives strength to the weary and who guards our hearts when anxiety rises.
I am praying for you for a speedy recovery from your present sickness and for renewed strength in your immune system in the months ahead. I pray that God will restore your health, give wisdom to any doctors who care for you, and help you to find rest and nourishment as your body heals. I also pray that He will lift the anxiety that weighs on you and replace it with His peace that passes understanding, as you cast your cares on Him because He cares for you.
For the spiritual attacks you sense, I pray that the Lord will cover you with His protection and clothe you with the armor He provides. May He guard your mind and heart in Christ Jesus, give you discernment and grace in every interaction with coworkers and administrators, and grant you wisdom to respond with truth and gentleness while keeping your conscience at peace before Him. Where there is tension or opposition, may He be your defender and your refuge, and may He turn what is meant for harm into an opportunity for His grace to be seen in you.
Remember that our strength is not in ourselves but in Him. When we are weak, He is strong, and He invites us to come to Him daily for mercy, for healing, and for rest. Keep seeking Him in prayer and in His Word, remain faithful in the work He has given you, and trust Him to sustain you one day at a time.
May the Lord heal you, strengthen your body, calm your heart, and keep you in His perfect peace. May He give you favor and wisdom in your school, and may you know His nearness and protection in every trial.
I will continue to pray for your health, your peace, and your witness in that place.
