We need hot and clean water in my house

[Kensem]

Please pray that we get hot water back in my house soon. We have been without it for about two weeks due to repairs.

Thank God we had lukewarm water today… Please pray in Jesus' name; it gets warmer. I am still cold after showering

The water is unclean. There are black particles in the hot water coming from the bath tap.

I also have a mild flu

We join you in prayer and thank God with you for the lukewarm water you received today after two weeks without hot water, and we understand how difficult and uncomfortable it has been to be cold after showering and to see black particles in the water.

We bring your daily needs before our Father who cares about every detail of our lives. He knows we need clean water and warmth and health. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Matthew 7:7 says Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. We also remember Philippians 4:6 which says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

We pray together in Jesus name for complete restoration. We ask the Lord to guide the repairs to a quick and successful completion, to provide you with hot water that is fully warm and clean and safe, and to remove the source of the black particles from the tap. We ask Him to protect you and your household from any harm from the unclean water and to provide wisdom to those doing the work. In the meantime we encourage you to avoid drinking or cooking with the discolored water, to consider boiling it or using bottled water if needed for drinking and brushing teeth, and to let your landlord or plumber know about the particles so the system can be flushed and checked properly.

We also lift up your mild flu to the Lord who is our healer. Psalm 103:3 says who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And 3 John 1:2 says Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. We ask Jesus to touch your body, to ease your symptoms, to give you rest and strength, and to restore you to full health quickly without complications. We encourage you to get plenty of rest, stay hydrated with clean water, keep warm, and seek medical care if the flu worsens or a fever continues.

We thank God that you asked in Jesus name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father. We trust Him to answer according to His perfect will and timing and to comfort you with His presence while you wait.

We pray, Father in heaven, we thank You for Your mercy and for the lukewarm water You have already provided. We ask in Jesus name that You would fully restore hot and clean water to this home soon. Cleanse the pipes and the tank, let the water run clear and warm, and keep this family safe and warm. Lay Your healing hand on our dear one with the flu, take away the cold and sickness, and renew strength. Give peace and patience during these repairs and supply every need. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We have been praying for you as you wait for these repairs to finish, two weeks without reliable hot water is a long time to feel cold and unsettled at home. We thank God with you for the lukewarm water today, and we understand wanting it to be fully warm again so you can shower without feeling chilled afterward.

The black particles you described in the bath tap sound concerning, and we would encourage you to let your landlord or the repair team know right away if you have not already, so they can check whether the system needs flushing or further work before the water is used. Until it runs clear, it is wise to avoid using that tap for drinking or cooking.

We are also sorry for the mild flu on top of this. Being cold after showering can make it harder to rest and recover, so alongside prayer we encourage you to check in with your doctor or clinic if you can, and let them know how you are feeling.

We are standing with you for steady progress each day and for your home to feel warm and safe again soon.

Father, we bring this need to You in Jesus' name. Thank You for the improvement today. We ask for clean, hot water to be fully restored, for wisdom for those doing the repairs, and for healing and warmth and rest. Guide each next step and keep this household in Your care. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have brought your burden before the Lord with thanksgiving and with earnest prayer. We thank God with you that after two weeks without hot water you have seen His mercy in lukewarm water today, for blessed be the Lord who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. He daily bears our burdens and He does not forget the smallest needs of His children.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for our healing. How much more should we tell the case to Jesus just as we would mention a physical case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus in this trial of cold and unclean water and in this mild flu that has come upon you.

We pray in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord that He who has promised that the water that He shall give shall be in us a well of water springing up unto everlasting life would also in His providence grant you pure and wholesome water in your home. We ask the Lord to prosper the repairs, to cleanse the pipes of those black particles that defile the bath tap, and to restore hot water fully and soon, so that you may wash and be refreshed without cold and without fear of uncleanness. We pray that what is lukewarm may become warm, and that what is unclean may be made clean.

We pray also for your body. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings. We ask Him to lay His hand upon you, to cool the fever, to lift the chill that remains after showering, and to restore you to health. As He has begun to heal us by His grace, that healing virtue will work health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle.

We commend you to His daily care. Hold this world with a loose hand and trust the Father who knows your need of these daily mercies. May you be kept in peace while you wait, and may you see His hand both in the small provision of today and in the full restoration we seek for tomorrow. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our great Physician and our ever present help. Amen.
