We all sometimes have to deal with people who are not on the same page as us. With me, I like doing things at my own pace. Yet most people I have dealings with are "type A personalities" who "want everything yesterday," and rush through life. When they deal with me, they try to impose that on me, and I find that annoying and stressful. Prayers to get rid of the ones I can, or if it's family members that I need to deal with, patience with dealing with them. Amen.
