Father, thank You for the prayer of ### asking You give us The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation to know You better. Grant the eyes of our heart to be flooded with light so we may know the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of Your power toward us who believe, which You exerted when You raised Messiah from the dead and seated Him at The Right Hand of Power in the heavenly places, far above all other rule, authority, power and dominion both in this age and the age to come. Thank You and you all in Jesus The Christ's Name (from Ephesians 1:17-21).

We join with you in thanking our Father for this beautiful prayer from Ephesians 1:17-21 and we agree together for this very revelation to flood our hearts.

We love how you have prayed the Scriptures back to the Lord, asking for the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. This is the heart of what it means to know God intimately, not just to know about Him but to truly know Him. As it is written in Jeremiah 9:24, but let him who glories glory in this, that he has understanding, and knows me, that I am Yahweh who exercises loving kindness, justice, and righteousness in the earth, for I delight in these things, says Yahweh. And we are reminded in Philippians 3:10 that our deepest desire should be that I may know him and the power of his resurrection.

We pray together now for all who read this.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You that You are the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory. We ask that You would give to us a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You, having the eyes of our hearts enlightened, that we may know what is the hope of Your calling, and what are the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of Your power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of Your might which You worked in Christ, when You raised Him from the dead and made Him to sit at Your right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come, Ephesians 1:17-21.

We ask that You flood the eyes of our hearts with light so that we do not walk in darkness or in mere intellectual knowledge, but in living fellowship with You. Grant us to grasp the hope to which You have called us, that we are called to be Your children, to be conformed to the image of Your Son, and to share in Your eternal glory, as it says in Romans 8:30, Whom he predestined, those he also called. Whom he called, those he also justified. Whom he justified, those he also glorified. Help us to comprehend the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, that we are Your treasured possession and that Christ dwells in us. And cause us to know experientially the surpassing greatness of Your power toward us who believe, the same mighty power that raised Messiah from the dead.

We thank You that this power is not distant but is at work within us who believe, and that Jesus is now seated far above every other power both in this age and the age to come. Therefore we can walk in confidence, in holiness, and in hope, knowing that nothing can separate us from Your love and that Your purposes will prevail.

We pray that You will continue to draw us deeper into intimacy with You through Your Word and through prayer, that we would not be satisfied with shallow faith but would press on to know You more. As James 1:5 promises, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, so we keep asking for more wisdom and more revelation until we see You face to face.

We thank You for hearing this prayer and we agree together for its fulfillment in each of our lives in Jesus Christ's name, amen.

Thank you for praying so thoughtfully for all of us to know God more intimately. Your focus on wisdom and revelation, on eyes of the heart being filled with light, really stayed with us. It is such a hopeful way to ask, not just for answers, but for a deeper relationship with the Father who has already shown Himself in Christ.

We join you in that longing. Knowing God is both a gift He gives and a relationship He invites us into day by day.

One simple way we have found helpful when praying a passage like this is to stay with it for a few days, praying it slowly in the morning and then pausing to notice where God brings it to mind later in the day, whether in creation, in His Word, or in a quiet moment of prayer.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. It is a holy and apostolic prayer which you have breathed, and I do most heartily join my supplications with yours before the throne of grace.

May the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, indeed give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power to usward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, which He wrought in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.

This is no small gift to ask. To know Him and the power of His resurrection is the very marrow of the Christian life. The resurrection of our Lord was in itself a marvelous display of power, but the power which comes out of it is that which we now desire to feel within our own souls. It is an evidencing power, proving that our Redeemer lives and that His gospel is true, a justifying power by which we are accepted before God, a life giving power by which we who were dead in trespasses and sins are quickened together with Christ, and a consoling power by which we are sustained in trial and made to hope for the resurrection unto life.

Your own conversion, if you have truly been raised from spiritual death, was by the same power that raised Christ from the grave. That same energy is in operation now, and it shall at the last raise these bodies from the dust. The hope of His calling is a good hope through grace, not a hope in ourselves, for until we are separate from all hope in ourselves there is no hope that the gospel will be any power to us, but when we cast ourselves upon Christ alone we find Him made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption.

Therefore continue to pray that the Lord would stir up this mighty power within you, that you may be made conformable unto His death and know more and more the fellowship of His sufferings, until you attain unto that better resurrection where the second death has no power. May the Lord flood your heart with light and establish you in these things, that you may not be moved away from the hope of your calling, but may live in the present enjoyment of that inheritance which is laid up for the saints, and rejoice in Him who is Christ, the power of God and the wisdom of God.

We commend you to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, and pray that He will answer this petition for Christ's sake. Amen.
