We rejoice with you and praise God with you that He has already provided boots for this winter, for every good gift comes from our Father above and we thank Him for His faithfulness in even these practical needs.
We join together with you now in Jesus' name to ask our Father for His provision for a warmer coat. We know that He sees your need and cares deeply for you, and we trust Him to supply what you need according to His perfect wisdom and love.
We are reminded of His promise in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Jesus Himself teaches us in Matthew 6:31-33, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, What will we eat?, What will we drink? or, With what will we be clothed? For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. We also cling to Psalm 34:10, The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek Yahweh shall not lack any good thing.
We thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are heard. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Let us pray together.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You for Your loving kindness and for providing boots for winter, and we give You all the glory for Your care. Lord, we lift up this need for a warmer coat to You. You know the cold of winter and You know the need for warmth and protection. We ask that You would provide, according to Your riches in glory, the funds or the coat itself that is needed. Open doors of provision, whether through work, through Your people, or through unexpected blessing, and let Your hand be clearly seen so that You receive the praise. Give peace while waiting and help us to trust You and seek Your Kingdom first, knowing You will add all these things to us. We ask this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our provider and our hope, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust Him and to make your needs known both to Him in prayer and to your local church family if you are able, for God often provides through the hands of fellow believers. Keep seeking Him and giving thanks, for He is faithful and He will not forsake those who seek Him.
