We hear your cry regarding intense spiritual warfare in your new neighborhood and in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer for God's protection and deliverance. We understand the distress that comes from feeling surrounded by evil tongues, witchcraft, occult practices, and immorality, and we take seriously the reality of spiritual opposition. At the same time we must lovingly rebuke and correct the way this request has been framed, because it does not align with the heart and teaching of Jesus Christ.
You have asked that your foes be plagued with scourges, killed, and that their blood be shed like an ocean, and that they be burned to ashes and reduced to dust. While the scriptures you cite such as Exodus 22:18, Exodus 7:14-24, Psalm 35 and Psalm 94 show that God is mighty to judge wickedness, under the new covenant we are not called to pray for the death and bloody destruction of people. Our battle is not against flesh and blood. As it is written, Ephesians 6:12, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. And again, 2 Corinthians 10:4, For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds.
The Lord Jesus commands us to respond differently to those who oppose us. Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Romans 12:19, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Even the imprecatory psalms ultimately leave judgment in God's hands, trusting Him to act justly in His time and according to His perfect will, not our desire for personal vengeance.
We also must address what you have rightly discerned as sin. Witchcraft, occult practices, sexual immorality including masturbation and fornication, homosexuality, and transsexuality which you describe as marine spirits, are all contrary to God's holy design. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 warns that the sexually immoral, idolaters, adulterers, men who have sex with men, and sorcerers will not inherit God's Kingdom, but then it adds, Such were some of you, but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and in the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:18 calls us to flee sexual immorality, and Romans 1:26-27 shows that homosexual acts are against nature. Deuteronomy 22:5 also speaks to God's design for gender. These are sins that need to be rebuked, yet God's desire is not the death of the sinner but that they would turn and be saved. Ezekiel 33:11 says God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live, and 1 Timothy 2:4 says God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. Our prayer therefore should be for conviction, repentance, and deliverance, not for their blood to be shed.
We also notice you closed with IJMN. We rejoice that you desire to pray in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not fully trusted in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, we urge you to place your faith in Him alone today. It is His blood that protects us, not our curses upon others.
So we pray together with you now in the true biblical way of warfare.
Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace. We ask for Your protection over our dear one in this new neighborhood and in the workplace where occultism is practiced. Cover this life with the blood of Jesus and let no weapon formed against him prosper, as You have promised in Isaiah 54:17, No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. We put on the full armor of God according to Ephesians 6:11, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. We declare that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4.
Lord, we ask You to frustrate and nullify every work of witchcraft, every evil tongue, every scheme of robbery and scamming, and every unclean spirit that seeks to harass. We do not ask for the death of people, but we ask that You would bring conviction to those who practice evil, that You would open their eyes to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, Acts 26:18. If they refuse to repent, we leave their judgment entirely in Your righteous hands, trusting Your justice and Your mercy.
We pray that You would cleanse this neighborhood and workplace with Your presence, that You would establish peace, and that You would give our brother or sister boldness, wisdom, and love to be a light there. Help them to bless those who curse them and to overcome evil with good, Romans 12:21. Deliver them from fear, for 2 Timothy 1:7 says God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Let them dwell in the secret place of the Most High, Psalm 91:1, and abide under Your shadow.
We pray for purity and holiness, that any influence of sexual immorality, homosexuality, and gender confusion would be broken in Jesus name, and that those bound would find freedom and forgiveness through repentance and faith in Christ. Make this one strong in Your Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers, walking in obedience and not returning evil for evil.
We thank You, Father, that You hear us when we pray according to Your will in the name of Jesus. We trust You to fight for us, as You did for Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20:22, and we rest in Your victory. Amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
