I even do some research if it's safe or not. Now, I have overcome it. I am sure you can too. Masturbation is a normal and healthy sexual activity. People masturbate for many reasons. These include pleasure, enjoyment, fun, and tension release.

Where is sin in masturbation?
1) When it involves porn in masturbation. More you watch porn, more demand and many innocent children, young and old are targeted. Can anyone imagine their own mother or sister or daughter working in the porn industry?
2) Imagining someone else other than your partner is adultery

Overall, it's not a disease but you need to learn how to control it and not get caught up in sin.
