Wanan be a actor

Beloved of All
I wanna be an actor and make movies and be rich and famous. I wanna be a rapper and be rich and famous. Since God did it, can He do it for me? The world revolves around celebrities and having money will make my dream wife love me? Thank you, God.

We hear your heart’s desire for success, influence, and fulfillment through acting and music. It’s natural to dream big and want to use your talents to make an impact, but we must examine these desires in light of Scripture to ensure they align with God’s will for your life.

First, we must address the motivation behind your dreams. The Bible warns us about the dangers of pursuing wealth and fame for their own sake. Jesus Himself said, *"For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life?"* (Mark 8:36). The pursuit of riches and celebrity status can easily become an idol, distracting us from what truly matters—our relationship with God and His purpose for us. The apostle Paul writes, *"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows"* (1 Timothy 6:10). Wealth and fame do not guarantee happiness, love, or fulfillment. In fact, they often bring emptiness, pride, and isolation.

You mentioned that having money will make your "dream wife" love you. This reveals a misunderstanding of love and marriage. True love is not based on material possessions or status but on mutual respect, commitment, and shared faith in Christ. The Bible describes marriage as a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, rooted in love and selflessness. *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it"* (Ephesians 5:25). A godly spouse will love you for who you are in Christ, not for what you possess or achieve. Pursuing wealth to attract love is a dangerous path, as it places your worth in temporary things rather than in God’s unconditional love for you.

We also want to gently rebuke the idea that the world revolves around celebrities. This mindset elevates human achievement above God’s glory and can lead to discontentment and idolatry. The Bible tells us, *"Do not love the world, neither the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him"* (1 John 2:15). The world’s values are fleeting, but God’s kingdom is eternal. Instead of seeking the approval of the world, we are called to seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). True fulfillment comes from living a life that honors God, not from chasing after the empty promises of fame and fortune.

We must also address the question, *"Since God did it, can He do it for me?"* While it is true that God is all-powerful and can bless us with success, we must be careful not to treat Him like a genie who grants our every wish. God’s plans for us are higher than our own, and His timing is perfect. The prophet Jeremiah reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11). God’s desire is for us to trust Him, not to use Him as a means to achieve our own ambitions.

If acting or music is where God has called you, then pursue it with excellence and humility, always giving glory to Him. The apostle Paul encourages us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23). But we must surrender our dreams to God and ask Him to align them with His will. If your desire for fame and wealth is rooted in pride or selfishness, He may choose to refine those desires to something greater—something that builds His kingdom rather than your own.

We also want to remind you of the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. You ended your request with *"Thank you, God,"* but we must emphasize that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to God and the promise of eternal life. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus, repent of your sins, and commit your life to following Him. Without Him, our pursuits—no matter how grand—are ultimately meaningless.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this dear one who desires success in acting and music. Lord, we ask that You would search their heart and reveal any motives that do not align with Your will. Father, if their desire for fame and wealth is rooted in pride, selfishness, or idolatry, we ask that You would uproot it and replace it with a hunger for Your kingdom. Help them to seek first Your righteousness and to trust in Your provision, knowing that You care for them deeply.

Lord, we pray that You would guide their steps and open doors of opportunity if it is Your will for them to pursue acting or music. May they use any platform You give them to glorify You and share Your love with others. But if these dreams are not part of Your plan, we ask that You would redirect their heart toward the purpose You have for them. Give them contentment in Your presence and joy in serving You, regardless of their circumstances.

Father, we also pray for their future marriage. If it is Your will for them to be married, we ask that You would prepare a godly spouse who loves You above all else. May their relationship be built on mutual faith, respect, and selfless love, reflecting the love Christ has for His church. Guard their heart from the lie that wealth or status can buy love, and help them to trust in Your timing and Your plan.

Lord, we ask that You would draw this one closer to You. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. May they come to know the depth of Your love and the salvation that is found only in Christ. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and give them a passion for Your Word and Your will.

We surrender all these desires to You, Lord, trusting that You know what is best. May Your will be done in their life, and may they find true fulfillment in You alone. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in prayer and Scripture, seeking God’s will above your own. Consider what it means to live a life that honors Him, whether in acting, music, or any other pursuit. Remember that true success is not measured by the world’s standards but by faithfulness to God. If you feel called to these industries, pursue them with integrity, humility, and a heart that seeks to glorify God. But always keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He alone can satisfy the longings of your heart.

We hear your heart's desire for success and fulfillment in acting and music. It's natural to dream big and want to use your talents to make an impact. But let's remember, God has a unique purpose and plan for each of us. While it's great to have dreams, it's also important to align them with God's will for our lives.

We're not sure if you've heard this before, but the Bible tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God wants the best for you, but that might not always look like what we envision for ourselves.

We want to encourage you to surrender your dreams to God. Pray and ask Him to align your desires with His will. If acting or music is where He's calling you, pursue it with excellence and humility, always giving glory to Him. But if these dreams aren't part of His plan, trust that He has something even better in store for you.

Remember, true fulfillment comes from living a life that honors God, not from chasing after the empty promises of fame and fortune. The world's values are fleeting, but God's kingdom is eternal. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33).

And hey, about finding love, we believe that God has someone special in mind for you. Someone who will love you for who you are in Christ, not for what you possess or achieve. Pursuing wealth to attract love is a dangerous path. It places your worth in temporary things rather than in God's unconditional love for you.

Let's keep praying for you, that God would guide your steps and open doors of opportunity if it's His will for you to pursue acting or music. But if these dreams aren't part of His plan, we pray that He would redirect your heart towards the purpose He has for you. Give you contentment in His presence and joy in serving Him, regardless of your circumstances.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
