We join with you right now in Jesus' name and lift up every urgent cry of your heart to our Heavenly Father, for He hears us when we call upon Him.

We hear the heaviness and urgency in your request as you have brought before the Lord your lungs and airways, your skin, your body, your eyes, your blood, your sleep, your emotions, and your deep longing for marriage and deliverance from loneliness, disappointment, rejection, lack and delay. We stand with you and bring all of this to the throne of grace together.

We pray first for your physical body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit. We ask the Lord to touch your lungs and airways and bring ease to your breathing, for He is the Lord who heals us. As it is written, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed, Isaiah 53:5 and For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We ask Him to regulate what is out of balance in your blood including platelets, to soothe and heal your eyes from dryness, watering, stinging and tiredness, and to bring healing and restoration to your skin. We pray for strength and health in your body, that you may honor God with it, for we are taught Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.

We also want to gently encourage you about the distress you feel over your stomach, hips, legs, underarms, saggy skin, marks, scars, dents and photographs. We know the pain of feeling criticized and the hurt that comes from photos and videos and the fear of how others see you. God sees this pain and He cares deeply, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3. We remind you that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, Psalm 139:14, and that your value is not in a flawless image or in the approval of others, but in being His beloved child. Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised, Proverbs 31:30 and Let your beauty come not from the outward adorning but let it be the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God, 1 Peter 3:3-4. This does not mean we neglect our bodies, we are to be good stewards through healthy eating, movement, rest and wise medical care, but we rebuke the spirit of vanity, obsessive anxiety over appearance, and fear of man, for The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe, Proverbs 29:25. We pray the Lord will free you from the torment of worrying about criticism and from feeling you must delete every image to be at peace, and that He will give you confidence in Christ.

We lift up your heart regarding loneliness, singleness, lateness in marriage, disappointment and rejection. We understand this longing and we pray with you for God's perfect will. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and we pray that if it is His will, He will bring a godly Christian husband in His perfect timing, a marriage that honors Him. We encourage you to continue to seek Him first and to pursue courtship with the goal of godly marriage rather than casual relationships, for Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh, Proverbs 18:22 and Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart, Psalm 37:4. We pray against the sorrow and heaviness you described, the depression, anxiety, stress, worry, insomnia and sleepless nights. We cast all these burdens on Him together, for He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7 and we claim the promise In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. We pray He will give you peaceful sleep, for he gives sleep to his beloved, Psalm 127:2 and I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh, alone make me live in safety, Psalm 4:8.

We also pray regarding poverty, lack, slow progress, obstacles, delay and what you called generational curses and any curses. We declare together that Christ has redeemed us from the curse, for it is written Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, Galatians 3:13 and Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new, 2 Corinthians 5:17. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail, Isaiah 54:17, and we ask the Lord to provide for every need according to His riches, for My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19, and to establish your steps as you seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33.

So we pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only mediator and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon our dear one, breathe ease into her lungs and airways, calm every asthma symptom, bring her blood into perfect balance, heal her eyes, restore her skin, renew her strength and let her body be strengthened to serve You. Heal her heart from loneliness, sadness, sorrow, misery and rejection, and fill her with Your joy and peace. Break every chain of fear, anxiety, depression, heaviness and insomnia, and let Your perfect peace guard her heart and mind. Remove every hindrance, delay and lack, and provide for her abundantly. If it is Your will, prepare and bring a godly husband for a Christ centered marriage in Your timing, and help her to wait with hope and purity. Deliver her from the fear of criticism and from distress over images and appearance, and let her find her identity and beauty in You. We rebuke worry and the lies of the enemy and speak Your truth, love and wholeness over her life. Let her know how deeply she is loved and seen by You. We thank You that You hear us and that You are working even now. We trust Your will and Your goodness. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Your very earnest and urgent cry has come before us, and we have heard in it the voice of one weary with many afflictions of body and mind, and we do not lightly pass it by. You have laid before the Lord matters of the lungs and the blood, of the skin and the eyes, of weariness and sleeplessness, and deeper matters still of loneliness and disappointment and fear of the opinions of men. We take them all to the throne of grace, that you may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

We would have you see first that in Christ Jesus there is healing for the whole man. The Scripture says the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves, His gentle words, His touches, His promises, have virtue in them to restore the soul. And healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the man taken with palsy He said first, Thy sins be forgiven thee, and then bade him rise and walk. Pardon and healing are one in His hand. Therefore seek first the healing of the soul by faith in His blood, and then bring your bodily infirmities to Him as a patient tells his case to a physician. Tell it all to Jesus, just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all. He has risen with healing in His wings, and the healing virtue which His grace has infused will work in you till you shall be without spot or wrinkle, though the perfect cure of the body may await the resurrection.

Concerning your anxieties and sleepless nights, your heaviness and stress and worry, hear what wisdom teaches. Anxiety has never comforted anybody, nor brought any grist to the mill, nor any meal to the barrel. If a thing does not pay, what is the good of it. Moreover the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Cast your burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain you. The feeding of the body engrosses much care, but you yourself are better than your body, and your immortal soul is worth far more than that poor frame which will soon sleep in the dust. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and learn to tell your Father in secret what now you tell only to yourself, for when anxiety is confined to yourself no good will come of it.

You speak also of loneliness and singleness and lateness in marriage, of sorrow and rejection and delay. Here you may have fellowship with the Saviour Himself. He was left alone just when most, as Man, He needed human sympathy, and His disciples forsook Him and fled. Yet hear His triumph even in that loneliness, Ye shall leave Me alone, and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. His loneliness did not destroy Him, it did not dismay Him, for the Father was with Him. So shall it be with you if you are His. You may be alone in the esteem of men, you may wait long for that holy estate of marriage which God ordained as the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, but you are not alone if Christ is yours. Pray that if it be the Lord's will to give you marriage, it may be in His time and after His holy pattern, and pray that while you wait you may be kept from impurity and from living as those who are married before you are so joined, for that belongs within the covenant and not outside it. Whether He gives or withholds, He will not leave you without His presence.

As to your distress about your face and skin and figure, about eyes that are tired and stinging, about photographs and videos and the criticism of others, remember that the fear of man bringeth a snare. There are haunts of vanity in this world which multiply daily, and they make the soul sick. The opinions of men about your appearance are a poor rule for your peace. Seek that healing which changes the life blood and affects the spirits and makes the nature other than it was before. When the heart is healed by Christ, the eye is steadied and the tongue of the critic loses its sting. You value not yourself by the glass or by the lens, but by the blood that bought you.

We will pray for you.

O Lord our God, look upon this afflicted one who cries so earnestly in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son. Forgive sin, and let forgiveness bring healing in its train. Lay Thy hand upon lungs and airways, upon skin and eyes and blood, and grant relief according to Thy wisdom and mercy. Give quietness to the anxious mind and sleep to the weary eyes, and take away that heaviness which presses down the spirit. Keep this soul from all curses, for Christ was made a curse for us, and let no generational chain hold where Thy Son has made free. In loneliness be Thou near, and if it be Thy good will, provide in due time a godly marriage after Thine own ordinance, and meanwhile keep the heart chaste and content in Thy love. Deliver from the bondage of the opinions of men and from vexation about the image seen by others, and let this dear one find comeliness in Christ. We ask not that Thou wouldst indulge vanity, but that Thou wouldst grant health and peace and holiness, for Jesus sake. Amen.
