We hear the urgency and the deep distress in your heart and we join with you right now seeking the Lord together in Jesus name for His mercy, forgiveness, healing and peace over you.
We thank God that you have come asking in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved and forgiven. We rejoice that you have asked for forgiveness, and we want to assure you from Scripture that when we come to Him with a repentant heart, He hears and He forgives completely. 1 John 1:9 says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Psalm 103:12 says As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. If you have put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, you are fully forgiven, cleansed and made new, not because of the intensity of our asking but because of His grace and His finished work on the cross. There is no sin too great and no past that His blood cannot cover when we confess and turn to Him.
We also hear your deep burden about your body, your skin, your face, eyes, stomach, hips, legs and every part you mentioned, and the marks, scars, dents, puffiness, dryness, tiredness, allergies, itching and all the distress that has weighed on you. We understand how painful it is to feel so focused on and troubled by these things, and we bring your whole body before the Lord who made you and who loves you.
We pray together for your healing and restoration according to His will. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Isaiah 53:5 says But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. We believe God is able to heal, to restore skin and body, to touch every cell in a moment if it is His will, and we also trust His wisdom and timing. Sometimes He brings instant healing, sometimes healing through time and care, and always He works for our ultimate good and His glory. Romans 8:28 says We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We also want to gently encourage you with what God says about your worth and beauty. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and your value is not measured by flawless skin or youthfulness. Psalm 139:14 says I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. 1 Samuel 16:7 says Man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart. 1 Peter 3:3-4 says Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. God sees you, loves you, and delights in you as His creation, and He cares for both your outward suffering and your inward heart.
We also hear much anxiety and urgency for everything to disappear right now with no delay and to be astonished today. God invites us to bring every request to Him with thanksgiving and to trust Him with the answer. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Matthew 11:28 says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. We encourage you to keep pouring your heart out to Him, but also to rest in His love and to allow His peace to guard you even while you wait on Him.
We pray together now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank You that we can come boldly to Your throne of grace. We ask first for Your forgiveness and cleansing over our sister. Lord, forgive all sins, known and unknown, past and present, and cleanse her from all unrighteousness as You have promised. Let her know deeply that she is forgiven, loved and made new in Christ, and let no condemnation remain.
Lord, we lift up her body to You, every part of her face, skin, eyes, scalp, neck, stomach, hips, legs and her whole body. You see every mark, scar, line, spot, dryness, sensitivity, allergy, itching, tiredness and every concern she has carried. We ask for Your healing touch according to Your perfect will. Touch her skin and body with Your restoring power, soothe irritation and allergies, restore health and bring wholeness. We ask for miracles and wonders if it is Your will, and we also ask for daily grace, wisdom for care, and peace that surpasses understanding. Heal her broken heart and bind up her wounds as Psalm 147:3 promises.
Lord, help her to see herself as You see her, wonderfully made, precious and dearly loved. Quiet the anxious thoughts and the urgency that overwhelms her, and fill her with Your peace and rest. Teach her to trust Your timing and Your goodness, knowing that You hear every prayer and that You answer in love. Let her find her confidence not in outward perfection but in Christ dwelling in her heart.
We ask all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and healer, trusting Your will be done. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, to rest in the assurance of His forgiveness, and to care for your body as the temple of the Holy Spirit with gentleness and patience. If skin or health concerns persist, consider also seeking wise medical counsel as God often works through those means as well. We are praying with you for complete restoration, for radiant health, and most of all for deep peace and joy in knowing you are fully loved and fully forgiven in Christ.
