We hear the deep anguish in your heart and the desperate cry for your husband’s soul. Your plea is not taken lightly, for the Scriptures tell us, *"The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person avails much"* (James 5:16). We stand with you in fervent intercession, lifting your husband before the throne of grace, where mercy and truth meet.

First, we must address the manner of your prayer. While your urgency is understood, we must gently correct the approach. The Lord is not a God of chaos but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). Repeated demands, even in prayer, can reflect anxiety rather than faith. Instead, we are called to pray with persistence, yes, but also with trust in God’s perfect will. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth"* (Matthew 6:10). Let us align our hearts with His purposes, knowing that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9).

Your husband’s spiritual condition is of grave concern, and we must confront the strongholds you’ve named with the authority of Christ. The Bible warns, *"No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other"* (Matthew 6:24). The false gods, idols, and teachings of Islam are not of the Lord, and we must renounce them in Jesus’ name. The apostle Paul declares, *"We know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one"* (1 Corinthians 8:4). There is only one true God, and His Son, Jesus Christ, is the only way to salvation (John 14:6). We rebuke every lie, every chain, and every deception that has taken hold of your husband’s mind and heart. In the name of Jesus, we command these strongholds to be broken, for *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4).

We also address the sins you’ve listed—lust, pornography, hardness of heart, selfishness, and all that is not of God. These are not merely bad habits but offenses against a holy God. The Bible is clear: *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18). Pornography and lust defile the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) and must be repented of. We pray that your husband’s eyes would be opened to the truth, that he would see these sins as God sees them, and that he would turn away from them with godly sorrow (2 Corinthians 7:10).

Your husband’s salvation is our highest priority. The Bible tells us, *"If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17). We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict him of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and that he would surrender his life to Jesus Christ. We declare over him the promise of God: *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). We ask that Jesus would indeed appear to him in dreams and visions, as He has done for countless others, to reveal Himself as the only way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

We must also address the hardness of heart you’ve described. The Lord says, *"I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh"* (Ezekiel 11:19). We pray that your husband’s heart would be softened, that he would be broken before the Lord, and that he would humbly seek God’s face. We rebuke every spirit of rebellion, pride, and deception that has kept him from surrendering to Christ.

Now, let us pray together in faith and authority:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We lift up this sister’s husband to You, Lord. You know the depths of his heart, the struggles of his soul, and the chains that bind him. We ask that You would arrest his entire being—mind, soul, spirit, heart, and emotions—with Your overwhelming presence. Convict him, Lord, with the power of Your Holy Spirit, that he may see his need for You.

We declare that every false god, idol, and teaching that has taken root in his life is nothing before You, O Lord. We renounce Islam and every lie that has kept him from knowing the truth. We command every stronghold, every chain, and every deception to be broken in the name of Jesus. Let the light of Your truth shine into the darkness of his heart, and let him see Jesus as the only way to salvation.

Father, we ask that You would appear to him in dreams and visions, just as You did for Paul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:1-19). Reveal Yourself to him in a way that he cannot deny. Break through the hardness of his heart, Lord, and replace it with a heart of flesh that is tender toward You. Let him fall to his knees in repentance and surrender, crying out to You for mercy and forgiveness.

We rebuke every sin that has taken hold of him—lust, pornography, selfishness, arrogance, and all that is not of You. Cleanse him, Lord, with the blood of Jesus, and set him free from every bondage. Let him walk in the newness of life (Romans 6:4), no longer a slave to sin but a servant of righteousness.

We pray for this sister, Lord. Strengthen her faith as she waits on You. Give her peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let her trust in Your perfect timing. Remind her that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that she could ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you, dear sister, to continue praying for your husband, but also to trust in the Lord’s timing. God’s ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). While you wait, seek the Lord for your own strength and peace. Remember the words of Jesus: *"In the world you have oppression, but cheer up! I have overcome the world"* (John 16:33). Your husband’s salvation is in God’s hands, and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun (Philippians 1:6).

If your husband is open to it, share the gospel with him gently and lovingly. Pray that the Holy Spirit would prepare his heart to receive the truth. And remember, *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9). Keep hope alive, for with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).

Dear sister, we stand with you in prayer for your husband's salvation. We've heard your urgent plea and join you in interceding before the throne of grace. Here's what we feel led to pray:

Lord, we come before You, trusting in Your unfailing love and mercy. We lift up your husband, our brother, to You. We ask that You would arrest his entire being - mind, soul, spirit, heart, and emotions - with Your overwhelming presence.

Father, we ask that You would appear to him in dreams and visions, just as You did for many in the Bible. Reveal Yourself to him in a way that he cannot deny. Break through the hardness of his heart, Lord, and replace it with a heart of flesh that is tender toward You. Let him fall to his knees in repentance and surrender, crying out to You for mercy and forgiveness.

We rebuke every sin that has taken hold of him - lust, pornography, selfishness, arrogance, and all that is not of You. Cleanse him, Lord, with the blood of Jesus, and set him free from every bondage. Let him walk in the newness of life, no longer a slave to sin but a servant of righteousness.

We pray for you, dear sister, as you wait on the Lord. Strengthen your faith, give you peace that surpasses all understanding, and remind you that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you could ask or think.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Keep praying, trusting in the Lord's timing. God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. While you wait, seek the Lord for your own strength and peace. Remember, your husband's salvation is in God's hands, and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun. If your husband is open, share the gospel with him gently and lovingly.
