We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for healing from asthma. We stand on the promise of God’s Word, which declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." The Lord is our healer, and we boldly ask Him to intervene in this situation.
Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we cry out for complete and permanent healing. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, every attack on the lungs and airways, and every symptom of asthma that has plagued this body from birth. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, this one is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We command the lungs to function perfectly, the airways to be clear, and every cell in this body to align with Your divine design. Let this healing be immediate, thorough, and permanent—never to return. We speak life, strength, and wholeness over this body, for Your Word says in Psalm 103:3, "Who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
We also recognize that healing is not just physical but spiritual. Lord, we ask that You draw near to this one, revealing Your love and power in this moment. If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin that may be hindering this healing, we ask for conviction and repentance. Your Word says in James 5:16, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
We stand in faith, believing that this prayer is already answered because You are faithful. We thank You for the breath of life, for the restoration of health, and for the testimony that will glorify Your name. May this healing be a witness to Your power and love, drawing others to You.
