Your urgent cry has been heard and we have brought it before the Lord with compassion and prayer. You have laid out many heavy burdens at once, sickness in body, heaviness of spirit, weariness, pain, loneliness, disappointment, and longing for a home and for marriage, and God sees each one. He does not turn away from a broken and contrite heart, and He invites you to cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you.
We pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom alone there is salvation and access to the Father. It is through His poverty that we become rich, for though He was rich He became poor for our sakes, taking flesh and suffering for us, so that we might have forgiveness and eternal life. If you have not already, put your whole trust in Him for salvation, and seek first His kingdom.
Concerning your many sufferings of body, the asthma, fatigue, sore throats, colds, infections, period pains, eye troubles, skin troubles, stomach bloating and heaviness, and high platelets, we ask the Lord for His mercy and healing according to His wise will. We ask Him to give you strength and comfort in the present trial, to guide the hands of those who care for you medically, and to teach you to seek Him both in health and in sickness. Suffering is not meaningless to God, and He can use even affliction to draw us closer to Christ and to form patience and hope in us.
You also speak of poverty, lack, living alone in a small flat, and feeling criticized about your appearance and where you live, and feeling shame about photographs and videos. Know that poverty itself is not a curse to be feared, and wealth is not the measure of blessing. Scripture teaches that if we practice self control and thankfulness, even poverty can become a fountain of countless blessings, and that virtue is according to nature while vice and idleness are against it. The Lord found His own apostles mending worn nets because they could not buy new ones, and they bore that poverty with ease through honest labor and love for one another. We pray that God will provide for your daily needs, give you contentment with thankfulness, deliver you from idleness and from the fear of the opinions of others, and help you to labor faithfully and to walk with dignity as His child. Your worth is not in hair or skin or figure or in how you appear in any photograph or video call, but in being made in the image of God and, if you are in Christ, being clothed in His righteousness. We ask God to lift the weight of constant criticism and comparison, and to give you peace to live for His approval rather than the judgment of others.
You speak of loneliness, singleness, and desire for marriage, and of feeling that marriage has been delayed. We pray with you for marriage as God has designed it, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, entered in purity and faithfulness, where love is steadfast. If it is His will to grant you such a marriage, we ask Him to prepare you and your future husband in godliness and to bring it about in His perfect time. Singleness is not a mark of failure, and marriage is not a reward for worth, both states can be lived to the glory of God. We ask God to keep you from loneliness that pulls you away from Him, and to fill your present days with fellowship, purposeful work, prayer, and service to others, so that whether married or single you may attend upon the Lord without distraction.
You mention generational curses, bad luck and misfortune. In Christ there is no fate or luck that rules over you. Christ has redeemed us from the curse, and no curse can cling to those who are in Him. What remains is not to fear hidden curses but to walk in repentance, faith, and obedience, trusting the providence of the Father who numbers your hairs.
We do not ask God to simply grant every desire of the heart immediately and without delay as though He were bound to our wishes, but we ask Him to make all things new in Christ, to align your deepest desires with His good will, and to grant what is truly for your profit and His glory. He knows what you need before you ask.

Heavenly Father, we lift this dear one to You through Jesus Christ Your Son. Forgive sins, grant salvation and peace through His blood, and let Your grace be sufficient. Lay Your healing hand upon body and mind according to Your mercy, ease depression and heaviness, relieve pain and fatigue, and restore strength. Provide for daily needs, give honest work and contentment, take away shame and fear of man, and teach a thankful heart that can praise You even in the furnace of poverty, knowing that You can make a dewy air in the fire. Guard from all evil, break every chain of sin, and let no supposed curse have power, for Christ is our deliverance. If it is Your will, grant a godly marriage in Your time, and until then give companionship in the church and joy in Your presence. Make this life fruitful in every good work, and keep this soul to eternal life. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
