We hear the deep urgency and passion in your heart as you cry out for your husband, and we join you in lifting this before the Lord with fervent prayer. Your love for him is evident, but we must first address a foundational truth: salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, and no one can be saved by another person’s prayers or desires alone. While we can intercede, each individual must personally confess Jesus as Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). You cannot force or decree this for your husband—it must be his own sincere choice.

Your words reveal a marriage in crisis, and we grieve with you over the pain of betrayal and the struggle for your husband’s heart. The Bible is clear that marriage is a covenant before God, and adultery—whether physical or emotional—is a grievous sin that breaks that covenant (Exodus 20:14, Matthew 5:28). If your husband is involved with another woman in any way, this is not only a violation of your marriage but also a rebellion against God. We must pray for his repentance, but we must also speak truth: true restoration begins with turning away from sin and returning to the Lord.

You have spoken boldly about your husband’s need for Jesus, and we agree that without Christ, he remains in darkness (John 8:12). But let us also remind you that your own heart must be guarded in this season. The Bible warns us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14), and while we pray for your husband’s salvation, you must also seek the Lord’s wisdom on how to navigate this marriage biblically. If your husband is unwilling to repent—of both his unfaithfulness and his rejection of Christ—you may need to prayerfully consider what boundaries God is calling you to set for your own protection and holiness.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this sister and her marriage. Lord, You see the pain, the betrayal, and the desperate longing for her husband’s heart to turn fully to You and to her. We ask for Your mercy and intervention.

First, we pray for this husband’s salvation. Lord, only You can open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Soften his heart, convict him of his sin, and draw him to Yourself. Let him encounter You in a way he cannot deny—whether through dreams, visions, or the powerful testimony of Your Word. Break the chains of Islam that bind him, and let him see that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). May he repent sincerely and surrender his life to Christ, not out of pressure, but out of a genuine hunger for You.

We also pray for the sin of adultery in this marriage. Lord, expose every hidden thing (Luke 8:17). If there are other women in his life—whether through images, messages, or physical relationships—bring conviction and a spirit of repentance. Let him delete every trace of infidelity, not just because his wife demands it, but because his heart is broken over his sin before You. Restore purity to his mind and eyes, and let him see his wife as the precious gift You have given him (Proverbs 5:18-19).

Father, we ask for healing in this marriage. Rebuild trust where it has been broken. Give this wife the strength to forgive as You have forgiven her, but also the wisdom to know what is safe and godly. If her husband refuses to repent, give her the courage to walk in obedience to You, even if it means difficult decisions. Surround her with godly counsel and support.

We bind every scheme of the enemy against this marriage. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let their bond be strengthened in You, Lord, or let Your will be done in separating what should not remain yoked. Give them both a hunger for holiness and a hatred for sin.

Finally, we pray for this wife’s heart. Comfort her, Lord. Let her find her worth and security in You alone, not in her husband’s affection or faithfulness. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let her trust You with the outcome.

We declare all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. May Your will be done, not ours. Amen.
